San Pedro Dental Care

I love this dental clinic. The staffs are very accommodating and treats me like family. The dentist and hygienists are very nice to explain to me what's going on and very reasonable with their recommendations. When I have a dental emergency, they will try their best to resolve it for me. They will work with you. They are very friendly, efficient, effective and amazing! Highly recommended 👌

Today was my first and sadly will be my last visit to San Pedro Dental Care. I am giving 2 stars because prior to my appointment they did help with insurance coverage and making sure we were covered there. My complaints are with how this business is run and seeming lack of care of my experience or my time. I came in for a routine 6 month appointment, which in my experience includes x-rays, teeth cleaning, and dentist assessment of overall oral health. I am almost 40 and been seeing dentists since I was 3 or 4 years old, never have I had to clarify what is included in a routine visit - apparently at this business you do need to. I was 5 minutes early to my appointment and still was there for an hour and a half in which time I never saw the dentist nor got a cleaning. I ended up having to leave to go back to work. No apologies were offered, just the excuse of an emergency and defensiveness about them not guaranteeing cleanings. Had they apologized and tried to make it right, maybe I wouldn't be writing this review. However, this seems to be business as usual, hence why I am writing this review. The only thing I got from this 1.5 hour visit was x-rays and defensiveness from staff about how "I never guaranteed a cleaning". They never came to let me know that the Dr. was behind or try to ensure I was okay during that time. If there was an emergency the doctor needed to attend to I would have preferred to have my appointment rescheduled than waste my time. The whole visit was a waste of time, energy, and money. I asked to get a copy of my x-rays as I would not be coming back. They could not do this for me today and charged me 25$ for this "service". I feel like I have been scammed. TLDR: I do not recommend this business. I will never go back. I was there for an hour and a half for a routine check up and during that time only had x-rays taken which I had to pay 25$ to get a copy of.

I always love going to San Pedro Dental Care! Each and every staff member is always so friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how quickly they're able to do my check-ups and cleanings. Highly recommend!

The front office staff here was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The team in the back office was great as well from the tech, To the dental assistant, and finally the dentist. He was very kind to my older mother. As he shared, he has an older father. Great, What is the dentist referred to as age-appropriate restorative work!!

Sick of this place they do everything but there job the owner should really checkin in on his business before it gets closed down before they re-rescheduled me and I got there on time for my appointment , they told me there wasn’t enough time to do the appointment how does that make sense whose your scheduler

I took my mom for dentures reline , they did a terrible job, she went back three more times nothing they did about it. They charge her insurance and on the top they charge her $200 and they wanted another $150 to fix their terrible job that they did in the first place and no guarantee either ,don’t go there.

My favorite of all the medical offices I receive care at. The wait is long sometimes but the staff are SO so nice that I don’t care. Love them all!
