Enhance Dentistry - Victor Chu, D.D.S.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chu and his entire team. Dr. Chu is extremely patient and attentive — he took the time to explain every part of my treatment clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. The office assistants are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. You can really tell the whole team cares about patient experience. The clinic itself is very modern and clean, with brand-new equipment (the office had just opened when I visited last year), which also gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’ve already recommended Dr. Chu to many of my friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue doing so.

I just had an appointment here today, and wow. I found this place on Zocdoc because it was a highly-rated clinic and not too far from me. I knew it was way past time for me to see a dentist; but I never pushed myself to see one because I always felt fine and thought I took good care of my teeth by myself. And honestly, I'm actually pretty fearful of dentists. But it's important to see a dentist, even if you feel fine. I came in, and all of my expectations and fears were upended. The check-in staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The assistant helped me through the easiest x-rays I've ever had. And Dr. Chu took care of my cleaning and fillings himself with a straightforward, kind, down-to-earth demeanor. The entire time I was in that chair, I kept thinking to myself, I need to be grateful for moments like this. I'm lucky enough to have found a healthcare professional who put in all of the work to become a licensed dentist, curated a clean and inviting practice in the Bay, assembled a team of hospitable and dutiful assistants who work completely aligned with each other, and made sure that I felt comfortable and cared for during my visit. Enhance Dentistry sets a really high bar for the rest of the Bay. Thanks so much for my appointment 🙂

From scheduling my first appointment to checking in with Maya at the front desk - who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful - every step of my visit exceeded my expectations. Maya, the Dental Assistant, took my X-rays and photos with great care and gentleness, and Dr. Jacquelyn Louie provided an outstanding examination. I was initially nervous since it had been some time since my last dental visit, but Dr. Louie’s professionalism, kindness, and clear explanations put me completely at ease. I left feeling motivated and excited to take charge of my dental health again. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care!

I have a real fear of dentists due to a wanker dentist years ago drilling into my root when he never put enough numbing agent in the gum. The guys at Enhance Dentistry took that fear away from me and actually helped me over come it by being gentle with me and reassuring me that it wouldn’t happen and I thank them for their kindness, being gentle and great people. Will be making these guys my regular place and I recommend them to anyone 100%. Maya at the front desk was very welcoming and took care of my every need and provided me with a drink of water. She was helpful and very kind to me and I thank her to a warm welcome and being nice to me at the front desk. She helped with scheduling my wife and i next appointments. Everyone else was wonderful there the nurse who helped me with the x rays was very kind too and kudos to her for reassuring me that I wouldn’t get hurt like I did before. My dentist was awesome too. He went out of his way to make sure that my treatment plan was ready to go and told us the cost of everything in a break down. He was gentle and great all round thank you.

First time @ this office for cleaning. They are open on Saturdays, and they have Netflix available on the ceiling when you are lying down having your teeth serviced. This dentistry is very transparent and informative. In my previous dental offices, I’ve never reviewed my teeth pics and X-rays on the tv in front of me while they break down cost and prescriptive advice. Dr Man was very helpful and she communicated honestly, w/kindness, and effectively to me my unique teeth considerations.

Dr. Chu and the entire team at Enhance Dentistry are awesome! From routine cleanings to dental fillings, they're quick, efficient and have always made me feel comfortable (despite my anxieties with dental offices!) The office is modern and super clean, with multiple TVs to keep you busy while they do their thing!

Dr. Chu has been a great Dr so far! We’ve had a couple visits and he is super nice, very quick and knowledgeable, and has good bedside manner. The staff are so sweet too and always asking if we need anything and bringing us water. So far the best dental office I’ve ever gone too and plan on staying with them as long as possible.
