Dr. Kim is super friendly and is very professional at the same time. He makes me feel very comfortable during office visits. He uses the most conservative methods for treatment of large dental issues which I have recently been very satisfied with. His team of assistant dental professionals are A++. I will miss Dr. Stan Konrad as he was my one and only Dentist for over 45 years. Dr. Kim has been doing a good job of filling in Dr. Konrads shoes.

I had an amazing experience! Dr. Konrad is an incredibly detail-oriented dentist who removed a stain from my front tooth that most other dentists couldn’t address. The assistant (I’m sorry for forgetting her name) was so friendly and kind. We had a great conversation about various topics, and I almost forgot I was even getting my teeth cleaned! I recommend Dr. Konrad to anyone seeking exceptional dental care. The experience was truly outstanding!

New patient- Had a wonderful experience yesterday from start to finish. Roger greeted me and performed a quick set of current xrays. I was seated in time which i enjoyed. Dr. Kim( who recenly took over the practice from Dr Konrad)came in and introduced himself. He was kind, attentive and listened to my concerns. He clearly cares for his patients. I was then seen for a cleaning by Stella. I had an excellent full 1 hour cleaning. She was very friendly and kind. Adrian at the front desk scheduled my next cleaning. He is new but very good. He had already checked my insurance and knew what I was entitled to which i appreciated very much ,he had great listening skills for a younger person and clearly wanted to do a great job. Run don't walk here for a dentist. If you are unhappy or on the fence with your regular dentist you owe it to yourself to try this dental practice.

I have really enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Konrad's practice. It's truly a no fuss practice with flexible booking. I am always pleased with my 6 month cleaning. They work well with my insurance. When I initially moved to San Mateo, I was sourcing a new dentist office and landed on Dr. Konrad's after sourcing a few options.

Dr. Konrad is very throrough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. He doesn't push for unnecessary procedures and checks the health of teeth, gums, and mouth himself. His dental hygienists are very careful and thorough with the cleanings, and has recommended tools and items to further help keep my teeth and gums healthy. His office is very friendly and welcoming. With Dr. Konrad and his whole team, you will be in good hands
