Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Although my appointment was delayed slightly they were prompt to inform me and straightforward with providing an accurately estimated wait time. The exam/X-rays were quick and easy, all of my concerns were addressed and I did not feel pressured for any "additional treatment" options. Highly recommend; Will use again 👍

I went here recently to have my teeth cleaned. Wendy was very polite and professional, and made the process easy and stress free. Dr. Genteal (I apologize if misspelled) was great as well. I also especially loved and appreciated the beautiful mural outside of the window. Best density that I’ve been to.

I’m new to the area so I got on google to find somewhere to go for my tooth. I was able to get seen the same day. Everyone was so nice and friendly n understanding. Dr Gentile was awesome and so was his assistant I forgot her name. I thank God for both of y’all n I’m forever grateful. My mouth feels much better.

Their savings plan has helped me for over five years now maintain my teeth and not need any dental work. Highly recommend, I drive from Austin to come here

So I don’t know if this dentist office does click bait on their website but they have a special for $69 and I tried to schedule an appointment. So the lady comes back on and tells me the price is going to be $229 and my fiancé could be seeing this Thursday. Once I told her that I wanted the special, she couldn’t schedule me until November 13th. It’s just kind of funny how if I was willing to pay $229 I could go to the dentist But if I want the special, I gotta wait a month. It just seems kind of shady to me and when I asked the receptionist or lady that I spoke to about it, she was extremely rude and could not give me a reason a true valid reason as to why I couldn’t have the special and or if I did want it, I had to wait a month. It’s called gentle dental, not let me gently rip you off. Better be!

Just beware they show up on United Health Care HMO in network. Yet I was told that they do not accept this insurance. Very misleading they need to update info with the insurance company since they are saying that they are not in network. Very disappointing the call back person Margaret was very cold not friendly at all. Defiantly would never recommend this office.

Highly recommend this dentist! I had a terrible fear of the dentist and these folks made those fears disappear. I’ve had cleanings and two major dental procedures done here and they took the incredible care of me, and left me feeling optimistic about my dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Gentile, and Hygienist Wendy. They are passionate about what they do, and they have great bedside manner. The folks prepping me before the procedures are always so pleasant, and the front desk staff are always professional. I appreciate these folks, and highly recommend their services.
