ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I would highly recommend Mermaid Dental for everyone. Dr.k takes time and explain clearly what need to be done. Friendly Staff too. This was our first time being here for my son’s dental procedure. He was so happy to be here ( 9 years). We will continue to have her service. Highly recommend to your kids. The staff took great care of me and made sure I was ok before letting me go. Really nice and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. it was an easy and quick extraction ! Definitely recommend mermaid dental to anyone looking for a great dentist. They are the best!!!

First off - staff was super friendly and kind. Made me feel comfortable being there. Sadly, my first appt was almost two hours long and I left without getting my clean covered by my insurance. I have no major issues with my teeth other than wisdom teeth that I need removed - I received a referral to an oral surgeon (which I expected). I was a quoted over $450 for a deep cleaning that would be done in two session at a later date. I called back a few days later wanting to just move forward with just a basic cleaning and I was told that that was not possible. It is unfortunate that I wasted time and have to wait until the beginning of the year to see another dentist to be able to have x-rays and a cleaning done since I was unable to do this here.

I’ve had such a great experience at this dental care center. The staff are always kind, professional, and very attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The doctors take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you are comfortable and confident with your treatment. The office is clean, modern, and runs smoothly, so you never feel rushed. I truly appreciate the gentle care and the high standard of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I’ve avoided the dentist for many years, but I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the first phone call to them til now, it’s been great! Everyone here is so friendly, caring, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. The staff takes the time to listen and explain everything, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The office is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive atmosphere. I actually look forward to my appointments now! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond. They talked and joked with me, making me less anxious. I’m glad I came across them.
