My first consultation with the Plaza Dental group has been a great experience with Dr.Bangalore and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and willing to help with scheduling or questions. Dental Hygienist was great. She was organized and methodical in taking x rays and evaluating the teeth. Dr. Bangalore herself is outstanding ,knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood steps I need to diligently follow for protecting my teeth. I'm glad to find a good doctor and a pro patient team.

This practice was sold a few years ago, and things have gone downhill since. I had my last appointment in 2023, but was later billed $450 for services in 2024 that I never received. After multiple calls and no resolution, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Plaza Dental admitted it was a billing error and said my account was adjusted to $0. Months later, I received the same $450 invoice again followed shortly by a collections notice from a third-party agency. I tried contacting the office, but no one answered. No surprise there. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern. Under new management, there are growing reports of shady billing practices and recommendations for unnecessary procedures. Triple-check any services they recommend, and monitor your billing closely for any discrepancies. If you're looking for a dentist who is ethical and honest, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I had been at my previous dentist for many years but wanted to find a dentist closer to my home. I am thankful to have found Plaza Dental Group. The office provides online form options, text reminders, and a warm friendly front desk staff. The hygenist was efficient, precise and my teeth received a thorough, painless cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Bangalore, is knowledgeable, friendly, and provided practical guidance. I am very satisfied with my change and look forward to many years with Plaza Dental Group.

Excellent dentist, hygienist and admin staff. I have been with Plaza Dental for almost 10 years and in that time, there has been management change. But quality of service has remained same.

Staff is polite and professional. My hygienist is excellent. Dentist is thorough, professional, and listens well and explains treatment well.

Dr. Asfour took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I had 3 crowns done today. One of the (temporary) broke this evening and I have not been able to reach anyone and they are closed until Monday (and this is Thursday). I’m sorry but I can’t recommend them. I have been going here for over 40 years when they had a different owner (Dr Viera was great) but since they have changed ownership we have had several problems, myself and my partner, especially when there is an issue not during their business hours, which are only 3 days/week. I have not been able to get assistance. There is no emergency number.
