Young Dental SF: Dr. Susan Malibiran, DMD

I really like Dr Malibran. My son was a patient of the previous dentist and was sort of grandfathered in as a patient. She is very efficient and personable. My son was in and out for a filling quickly and with very little numbness My husband saw her for an emergency abscess and she got him in quickly even though he was not a patient of record. I then saw her for an emergency crown falling off and she was able to put it right back on. She is competent, professional and friendly.

My hygentist Nicole was great and I am very critical as Dental offices are not one of my favorite places to hang out at having spent way too much time there when I was younger. The Doctor spends little time with you so the hygentist is the one who influences the visit the most. I got a thorough cleaning with little or no discomfort and some advice for making my gums as healthy as they can be. Although I am not looking forward to going in again it will be less stressful as long as she is there.

The staff 'greeted me upon entering dental office. My mouth felt fresh after cleaning. Flouride treatment was recommended due to plaque buildup and missed previous 3 month appointment. Future dental work was clearly explained for extraction of a cracked tooth and surgeon information provided that covered my insurance.. Financial information was provided by front desk. Overall, I felt it was a good appointment and would recommend Dr. Malibiran's dental practice. 2nd Visit Luc;y at front desk worked me in for an appointment on a busy day to re-cement a Crown that came loose. Dr. M's assistant did an x-ray and then Dr. M discussed the situation with me. A short visit and mission accomplished with experienced personnel.

Dr. Malibiran is a sensitive, caring, and professional individual. I always feel at ease when being treated or when dealing with Lucy in the front office. I give her my highest recommendation.

Would recommend Rio Dental to people looking for a dentist and staff who are very informative and very friendly. It makes for a comfortable dental experience.
