I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Susie Shin and her staff for a dental check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shin herself is an exceptional dentist. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and gums. She explained everything she was doing in a clear and understandable way, which helped me feel informed and involved in my dental care. What impressed me the most about Dr. Shin was her genuine care and concern for her patients. She listened attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. She provided me with valuable advice on how to improve my oral hygiene routine and maintain a healthy smile. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment. I always have the best experience at Dr. Susie’s office! The whole staff is just wonderful, kind and friendly. Dr. Shin is personable, authentic, caring and extremely skilled, just to name a few things. She helped me 6 mos ago fixing my front two teeth and while it was a simple thing for her to do, what she really did, was fix my smile and more importantly, my confidence. I teared up when I saw myself in her mirror and after 20+ years, I’m not afraid to smile in photos anymore. Thank you Dr. Shin, and the entire staff in the office!

Dr. Shin is great. I've always received excellent and professional care over the years. Recently had to replace fillings, and the procedure went quickly and was surprsingly low on the pain level, too. She was very thorough.

Love this practice and their staff. Been going for years from a Groupon for cleaning and X-rays, and it’s been the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Shin is SO lovely, knowledgeable, kind, and generous. She always texts me after a difficult appt to check on me. I’ve never had a dentist do that! And I always leave feeling confident in the decisions we’ve made together, and the work that’s been done. In addition, the office is immaculate! 10/10 recommend 🌟

I’ve been with Dr. Susie Shine for several years. I feel so lucky that I have her as my dentist. I first met her many years ago because I had a big problem from one implant which I got from somewhere and I thought I had to extract that implant but Dr. Shin fixed it and I was able to keep that implant for many years and I still have no problem with it. From that, I had done many procedures with Dr. Shin since I had many issues from other teeth. I always receive wonderful service from Dr. Shin and her team! Thank you for being very friendly and such great care for every visit. And also such excellent idea for the squeeze ball! It was very helpful during tough procedure😉

Dr Shin brings compassion, expertise, patience, and generosity of time to every dental treatment I’ve received in her practice. I’ve had cavities filled, KOR teeth whitening , a tooth extracted, and general check-ups; with each treatment, I’m confident I’ve received the best dental care available. The support staff are wonderful — offering a stress ball & a calming touch on my arm when Dr Shin is giving the Novocain injection. Dr Shin will text me soon after an appointment to check in with me & ask how I’m doing… she’s an amazingly kind person overall.
