I had an amazing experience at DreamSmile city Dentist. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, Rebecca and Arlene, were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had a crown fall out unexpectedly, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I truly appreciated. The dental assistant Rihanna and Dr. Soman were just as amazing. They constantly checked in with me, made sure I was comfortable, and always ensured I was pain-free throughout the entire process. They were very gentle and professional. The visit was quick and stress-free, I was in and out in no time with everything fixed perfectly. I highly recommend DreamSmile city Dentist to anyone looking for great care and an amazing team

Excellent service as always. I’ve been coming here for several years, and recently started bringing my children as well. 2 if them were seen today and mentioned they didn’t feel any discomfort, and their procedures were completed quickly and efficiently. I called and asked if they took medical. The first lady that helped me was very kind she let me know they did and scheduled appointments for all my children(4) and myself. I gave her our information. Days later I receive a voicemail stating they did not accept our insurance. And that it was HMO. I called the number left on the voicemail back only to be met with the person has not set up the voicemail. Then I call back on the day of appointment and the lady who answered asks me to please wait on hold which I respectfully agreed to. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. The next lady asked how can I help you I let her know I was calling back due to them leaving me on hold for 15 minutes. No apology just an attitude straight to the point how can I help you. I realize it was only 15 minutes. But to not even apologize and the attitude in her tone. Please do better with costumer service.

My wife liked this place so much she wants Dream Smile to be our primary dentist. They are quick and very polite from the beginning as well as being transparent and very knowledgeable at their profession. Would highly recommend coming to visit them for your next check up!

I went to Dream Smile City Of San Bernardino for a cleaning and a couple of fillings, and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff were so kind and reassuring, which really made me feel comfortable. For my first visit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience—definitely a 10/10!

My wife came to get her wisdom tooth removed and was in and out real quick. The staff was very nice and helpful and they were able to help us with our situation. Dr. Saman very nice and knowledgeable and attentive.
