Great clinic. The dentist and staff members are very attentive and professional. The service is very good and efficient. I called for an emergency appt for my mom yesterday and was accommodated the same day she does need more treatment and will be seen at their other location tomorrow. 🙏🏼

Good luck contacting the receptionist to make an initial appointment, Also Dr. Kim’s Family Dentistry is not open to the patients convenience, is closed too many days out of the week and they only offer limited hours. THEY ARE NOT NOT VERY EASY TO GET DENTAL 🦷 SERVICES. I’ll keep looking for a better place for my dental appointments. MJ

The Year is 2025 November the month of Thanksgiving.I am a patient of Dr.Kim & Dr.Mic.They’re are the best team of dentist here in Sanbernardino .. I will not go to any other .. I’m a keep it simple these are the only two that I trust.The staff there is outstanding .. nice music that everyone can listen to .. very clean office .and dental tools the whole experience is to make the individual comprehend the importance of taking care of your dental health .. In regards to the previous comment, Dr. Kim's dental office and their hours, this is not true, I have been going there for 3 or 4 years and I never have had a problem reaching their office and scheduling an appointment. so please disregard the previous comment. Maybe because of the holidays it may have been harder to reach them, but that is true for any office during the holidays.

My boyfriend comes to this dentist and we both have the same insurance but i went to different dentist, they are actually helping him and not milking his insurance the way my dentist did. Highly recommend this dentist. My boyfriend loves this place and is excited every time he has an appointment.

I went to a dental procedure, they didn’t do a great job (they had to treat one of my nerves). I had pain and irritation but they didn’t want to respond to my complaint; they didn’t fix it. They just told me to go to a specialist to fix it, which meant that I had to pay two times for the same procedure. They said that they would do it, not just try to do it. This wasn’t a good experience at all.😒😒
