ACCU Dental - All on Four Dental Implants, Dentist in Salinas, Implant in Salinas

I took a relative an appointment at the Salinas office on Saturday, the appointment was confirmed the day before. We found 4 patients were standing at the front door at 10:00 am the office was dark no body was inside. I'm not sure what kind of a business they're running, this is very disappointing. Accu dental could have at least called and rescheduled instead of leaving people hanging out front of a dark office.

I honestly wish I had never gone to ACCU Dental in Salinas. I came in hopeful about getting All-on-Four dental implants, but the entire experience left me upset and disappointed. The staff seemed more focused on selling me the procedure than actually explaining it or making sure I understood my options. The dentist barely took the time to talk to me — I felt rushed and ignored. When I asked questions, the answers were vague and dismissive. For something as major as dental implants, I expected compassion, patience, and honesty. Instead, I left feeling anxious, confused, and completely unsupported. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who wants to feel cared for and respected during such an important dental decision. Definitely look elsewhere before trusting ACCU Dental with something this serious.

Staff is amazing Juilo and Lupe are personable very knowledgeable friendly and let you know step by step what to expect with your procedure. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Office is bright clean and inviting. Dentist are professional gentel and let you know what they are doing during the procedure to keep you at ease

After a few bad experience in other Dental clinic. My mom recommended me to ACCU DENTAL, my first appointment, I have great experience with all friendly stuffs and Excellent doctor with great explanation make me feel like home again.

Amazing care, and a great friendly team/staff greeting when walking in to front desk. Love the decor, and had complimentary coffee available.

Here is a thorough honest review. First called 2024 to schedule an appointment. Was given an appointment this year 2025 was then pushed back twice due to them saying the doctor was not going to be in. When I finally got seen 3 appointments later, from the get-go the receptionists weren’t professional and my x-rays were painful. They have posters in every chair corner, "leave us a review and coffee is on us" with the Starbucks logo… they know exactly what they’re doing and I suspect that’s why as a thank you many patients are leaving a positive review. They already have free coffee in the waiting area so it’s clear why free Starbucks. I was consulted by Dr. Lee and I notice there really isn’t a choice on treatment, which I thought was a good thing. Even with "significant damage", I do not understand why a whole healthy tooth needs a crown and how my chipped tooth also needs one. I was then taken to another room to discuss the payments for the treatment plan with Lupe. When you ask a question, somehow things end up going everywhere, not answering the question. A lot of runaround sue trying to win you with her extremely personal stories to pay a hefty treatment plan right then and there while still not feeling like you have the freedom to think about it all. She makes you feel so cornered, I do not think I can begin to explain it. (To be continued in photos)
