Aspen Dental - Sacramento, CA (Natomas)

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday. All the staff were so courteous and very, very professional. Starting with the receptionist where his most amazing customer service brought comfort to my soul. I was received with kindness and respect. The assistant to my dentist was sincere and very thoughtful to make sure I was not nervous etc. My Dentist was so gentle. Woo-Hoo!! OMG He (my dentist) warned me ahead of time of what he was going to do during the procedure as that made me feel comfortable and at peace knowing that I was in good hands. Thank you to all the staff for treating me as if I was part of your dentistry family.

Alfinia was fantastic! The process was so easy and smooth lined. The doctor was very courteous and professional. The office manager, Noah, was great! Definitely recommend this place. My husband and I love it here!

I chose to give Aspen a try after my insurance changed and I saw all the great reviews online. The team in Natomas did not disappoint. The office is super clean and high tech. The staff, specifically Voni and Noah and Dr Sinter were each so kind and thorough I appreciate and will be back.

I had to get a deep cleaning done, I lacked dental insurance for 5 years and finally had the funds to get it done. My hygienist Mimi correctly identified the key issues and set about to fix them. She explained to me clearly what needed done and over the course of two days deep cleaned my teeth. She was professional and went so far as to stay later than her usual to make sure the whole ordeal was over in two back to back days. I'll definitely continue to see her for my tri-anual cleanings.

Positive experience from the very first contact setting up an appointment online. In office we were greeted promptly, my situation was assessed, and i was presented with all the options and determined to stay the course with my present dentures. Dr. Craziness and his dental assistant were patient and explained everything clearly. 10/10

Everyone there was super nice! However during the exam a laser type of cleaning was recommended that would cost 1k. I said that I just wanted the basic cleaning that was covered under my insurance and they wouldn't do it. Said I had to have this expensive cleaning or nothing basically. This is ridiculous. I should be able to get the basic plaque removal basic cleaning I've been getting my whole life. And save up to have this deep cleaning they're recommending. Probably wont be back and dont recommend if your looking for your basic check up and cleaning.

Everyone here is so kind, informative, and bonus that they are all so hilarious and cute too! Especially Alfinia and Vonni, they made the experience great! The whole team is awesome, Noah, Mimi, and Dr. Ferguson. Best dental team I have personally ever been to and will definitely be my new regular dentist office. Thanks everyone, see you again!
