Arden Town Dental

I have had the best experience at this dental office. From the moment we walked in to the service received everything is top tier. I actually changed my entire family to this office based on my experience!!!

This is one of the best dental places I have ever been too! The staff is super kind, the service was fast, and we were given water in the waiting room. The receptionists were extremely welcoming, Ashley was willing to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. In the back, Vanessa and Dakota were considerate, easy to talk to, and made it a comfortable place to be at. If you are looking for a new dental office I cannot recommend this place enough!

Love this office, staff don't get the recognition that should. Everyone is always nice even when patients cuss them out because the insurance made a mistake. Overall office is clean.

I’ve been coming to this office for about two years for OS and GP services and I’ve always liked the dentists here. They were the main reason I’ve stayed. But I’ve been having a hard time with their call center. The hold time is usually around ten minutes, and most of the time it just ends in voicemail. The last time they returned my call, it was 7pm at evening!! Whenever I am speaking to them over the phone, they sound impatient with no empathy for what you are going through. I will be changing my office.

I haven’t received any services from this dental office yet. The reason I’m giving a 1-star rating is because they never answer the phone or return calls, even though their voicemail says to leave a message and they will call back. My dad needs to have a tooth removed and is in a lot of pain, he got prefer from his general dental office, but despite calling many times and leaving several voicemails over the past 10 days, we still haven’t received any response. I read many positive reviews about this office and its staff, but based on my experience so far, their service doesn’t even deserve one star.

I haven’t been to dentist in a few years because my last experience at another clinic wasn’t the best. It took me courage to try a new clinic and the quality of service from my dental assistant Dakota, to the customer service from the amazing receptionists here and the transparency was amazing. Glad I can call this my dental clinic home and I definitely recommend.

Very Disappointed with Arden Town Dental I’m really disappointed with the way Arden Town Dental treats their patients. They canceled our appointment at the last minute — not just once, but twice — and didn’t handle the situation professionally. There was no proper communication or respect for our time. This kind of behavior shows a lack of care and organization. We expected better treatment and more responsibility from a dental office. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.
