I had an incredibly poor experience here. Despite having a scheduled appointment and driving across town, I was met with unprofessionalism and clear bias from the moment I walked in. The staff repeatedly and incorrectly insisted my Aetna PPO card was Medi-Cal, making rude assumptions based on my appearance rather than looking at the card in their hands. To make matters worse, I had a prior agreement on the procedure and pricing ($400 max) from the dentist himself, yet the service and attitude I received upon arrival were dismissive and disrespectful. I do not recommend this office to anyone who values their time or expects to be treated with basic dignity. UPDATE: After my initial review, the dentist reached out claiming he wanted to 'rectify the situation.' I took off work, used my PTO, and drove across town with a severe migraine for an 11:45 appointment, only for him to waste my time a SECOND time. Instead of providing the service we discussed, he spent the time making excuses, pushing invasive veneers/orthodontics I’ve already declined, and talking about other patients. To make matters worse, he then had the audacity to ask me to remove my negative review while still refusing to perform the simple, no-prep dental bonding I requested. This office prioritizes upselling and 'reputation management' over actual patient care and medical boundaries. They made biased assumptions about my insurance from the start and followed it up with pure incompetence. I am NOT removing my review—people need to know how this office operates. Save your time and go somewhere that respects you.

I had such a great experience dealing with a long time issue with my back tooth. I needed an intensive procedure and no other dentist was able to identify the issue or even fully resolve it. It’s been almost a year without any problems—what a relief!! Huge thanks for your practice’s professionalism and for helping me navigate dental health.

One of the nicest dentist ever.. I was terrified out of my mind because I broke my front tooth almost in half and didn’t believe it could be fixed or saved at all… he did a root canal and put a whole new crown in for me.. I am so thankful to come across this man. I adore him and his staff. He definitely Dosent do this for money… he does this because it is his passion. Great man. Dr. Celaj is absolutely amazing! He’s kind, understanding and topped work a sense of humor. Teresa, at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. It’s a very personal practice where they know each of their patients and exhibit a level of caring that surpasses all others!

Dr. Celaj and team are wonderful. Both my husband and I use him. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding. He was able to diagnose an issue my husband’s VA general practitioner missed that impact his teeth and caused my husband to need several implants over the years. Dr. Celaj managed them quickly, precisely and as pain free as can be expected. We never wait long and if there is an emergency, he is available. We couldn’t ask for a better dentist.

Nicest dentist ever! Never have to wait long in the lobby. Always so kind and pleasant. Very forgiving when late. Always making sure you’re comfortable before doing or going forward with anything. I love the receptionist, Tricia. She is the sweetest. My boyfriend has been going there for 6 years and he loves it. He recommended me here and so I’ve been there for a year now. He is a family dentist. So any children 2 years and up he will see.

This Office is great. They are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome and like family here. I recommend them to anybody I can. I won't go anywhere else! My family loves this office. He makes sure you feel no pain and does great work! Highly recommend anyone coming here.
