Dr. Fedosky has been my dentist since I was a kid! This practice was always an easy place to come. They are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Santos is amazing. Professional, polite, caring, and extremely thorough; never rushing through a procedure. I always leave knowing I received exceptional, quality dental care that will last. The office staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. There is a warm, positive vibe throughout the practice that is comforting. They make you feel like you are family.

My hygienist, Shelly, is always great. All of their hygienist are very kind and personable. Alison and Jana are amazing, too, I have been to both. The dentists are all very honest and forthright in their treatment. I’ve also seen Dr. Fedosky for my sleep apnea and night guard to address my snoring and sleep issues. I started taking my youngest to them for their pediatric dentistry and have been impressed there as well. Overall, I feel like our family is in good hands.

Dr. Lauren and all the staff at Rowlett Dental are amazing. The front staff are so kind and the dentists are so informative. My children enjoy the kids area. They have murals and movies playing. they have all sorts of flavors to pick from that my children enjoy but their favorite part... the toy that they get to pick at the end of their visit! A highlight to their day. I always have to ask my child to stay home with dad while the other is having a procedure done because they love to go!

My family have been patients at this clinic a decade plus.The change in staff has become problematic over the years as most often occurs. Specifically the business side. The comprehension of policy, procedures and oral law are desperately lacking. Demanding procedures and refusing service while hiding under the law of oral health is not professional to say the least. Do better. Your communication skills are at a low. Please provide written law that states you must have a blood pressure check before your teeth can be cleaned? If you’re going to make routine cleaning appointments months out , know your policies along with timelines. Don’t refuse service, impose demands when you realize (as your going over your next weeks schedule you missed it). Not once but twice. How are all of your mistakes imposed on the patient creating an atmosphere of concern for my families oral health or any other? This speaks unprofessionalism, recklessness and greed. It does not speak any concern for the patients oral health or patient Dr. relationship. Again Do Better. False advertising you have reduced your pricing for the 2026 year. My bill in 2025 for services denied at time of visit because of your demands were quoted at approximately $323 My bill in 2026 for services denied at time of visit because of your demands with the additional demand of Dr.visit had new reduced 2026 pricing of $350 Not a chance A cleaning $125.
