I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve had minimal dental issues, however, going to the dentist has always terrified me. From my first phone call to schedule my appointment, the staff has been top tier. Teresa has such a delightful, bright personality and she made scheduling my cleaning seamless. My hygienist, I believe her name is Elise (I am so sorry if it’s not!) was outstanding. She noticed that I was nervous and was able to calm me down and reassure me. She also hums "My Shiny Teeth and Me" from Fairly Oddparents! Lol! That was a great distraction! My dentist, Dr. Charles, is extremely pleasant with great bedside manner as well! I got a filling this morning and he did an amazing, pain-free job. Love love love this dental office!!

This has been hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had going into a dentist office. We all know there's so many horror stories when it comes to the dentist and going somewhere new, but I left in the best mood because I was so impressed and happy over my experience. I've moved around quite a bit over the last few years, so it had been almost 3 years since I had been to the dentist for routine maintenance. Getting established with a new place can always feel overwhelming and they made the entire process from start to finish so positive! The office was beautiful, the staff was so friendly, and the technology/tools they had to do a thorough exam really impressed me. It made me feel as though they took extra precautions to ensure they knew exactly what they were talking about and making the right recommendations for my oral health. When Dr. Nguyen came back, he was so kind, patient and his feedback was very honest in the best way. The last place I had been to for an exam told me I had 3 cavities, when I met with him he informed me it was actually just staining. He made me feel so comfortable and I immediately felt like I could trust him. Initially I was only scheduled for an exam, but they ended up having a last minute cancellation where they were also able to get me in for a cleaning that same day! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I'm so happy I found somewhere to go routinely and am looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been going to Bayside Dental for over 15 years and have always had a great experience. The care is consistently excellent, and Teresa and Dr. Boeke are both friendly, professional, and really take the time to make you feel comfortable. It’s a place I trust and would definitely recommend.

Every single person that works here is so wonderful!!! They helped me so much when I was shopping around for dental insurance versus going with their in house VIP services. I was pretty anxious that my years of dental neglect would end up costing me some major work but Dr Boeke was very honest at what work I needed to have a pretty mouth!! I give them a 10/10!

Had my dental cleaning last week and I had a great cleaning experience! 🤩 My hygienist Gabi was very gentle, thorough and very sweet. She made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend this practice !

I wish they had told me that they didn't want me as a patient before causing me pain where I had none before visiting their office. I booked the Appointment almost a year ago and had to rebook and was scheduled for September. I went in and I was initially impressed by the number of women and the office decor. They took X-rays and consulted me on the work they needed to do. The left filling and crown was scheduled first. The lower filling still hurts 4 months later and I was told that I probably needed a root canal. Lady isn't that why you took the X-rays? The left upper crown feels like it could come loose any minute. Then in December they placed a splint on teeth 7,8,9,10. It was wire and almost a week later it came loose on a Saturday. I had to place cotton in my mouth and not eat until I could get into the office on Monday. They offered me laughing gas which didn't work, it was like she was giving me regular gas and air, didn't do what they said it would do and they charged an unemployed, senior citizen $60 for the gas. Dr. Mata placed composite materials on the teeth as a splint and that lasted several days before it crumbled. Now the teeth are still loose with composite materials stuck to them. Worst dental experience in my life. I thought the previous dentist was bad! Dr. Mata proved that I didn't 'matta' and that Bayside was not on my side.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Charles and it was a great experience! The assistant, Stephanie, was wonderful and so gentle, and the front desk staff was amazing as well. Overall, a great experience!
