My first consultation went well. The assistant was friendly and Derek was informative and Dr. T explained my treatment plan clearly. They all was professional and accommodating. The billing plan lady needs to work on her people skills she seems a little cold and argumentative which was my reason to not do the treatment plan this time, however she did answer my questions. There was confusion when I made the phone call for my appointment and my intial visit.. They need to monitor this process better.

I’m giving two stars only because Aspen Dental did deliver my wife’s dentures as scheduled. That said, everything after payment has been a problem. We were given a full, final cost upfront, which we financed and paid in full. The total was ≈ $5,000. Aspen Dental received all of their money. Now, about 7 months later, they are attempting to bill us for an additional ≈ $1,500 — after the work was completed and paid for. Even worse, they’ve tried to file a claim with my former dental insurance provider, which we no longer have. To be clear: We were quoted a total cost We financed that amount Aspen Dental was paid in full Months later, they are attempting to collect more and submit insurance claims This feels like double billing, plain and simple. If you’re considering major dental work here, be extremely cautious. Make sure you get everything in writing and understand exactly how billing and insurance will be handled before you agree to anything. Consumer beware.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at Aspen Dental in Rowlett. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Dr. T stands out for being exceptionally responsive—always accommodating my schedule with flexible appointment options, which I truly appreciate. Brandy and Jesse are also fantastic; they go above and beyond to support any issues that come up, handling everything with professionalism and care. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for attentive, patient-centered dental care!

My husband and I came here for dental care earlier this year, and they turned out to be scammers — do NOT go here! My husband had crowns done, and we signed up with CareCredit to pay for the full treatment. A few months later, Aspen suddenly tried to charge us the full price upfront again because they claimed we were no longer in-network. But we are still paying through CareCredit, and the account is active. So they basically wanted us to pay twice — once through CareCredit and once directly to them. How does that make any sense? On top of that, they promised a mouth guard as part of what we already paid for through CareCredit… and we still haven’t received it. They kept saying they would provide it, but nothing ever happened. Absolutely ridiculous! The only kind and professional person at this location is the male dental hygienist. Everyone else has been rude and unprofessional.

First of all...they have the best dental assistance ever!!! Brandy is so sweet, kind and patient!! She is an angel! I took my 90 year old Dad in to get new dentures and have a minor surgery and Dr T was amazing!!! From the beginning to the end, the staff here are over the top friendly and kind!! You will love this place!! Thank you ALL at Aspen !!

Had a great experience! Derek had my teeth feeling like they went through a spa after my deep cleaning. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
