I recently visited this dentistry after a few family members highly recommended it to me, and I can honestly say they were right it was absolutely worth the 5-hour drive! From the very start, my experience was great. The woman I spoke with over the phone, believe her name was Suzette was so kind and helpful.She really made scheduling and getting everything set up super easy, which I appreciated a lot.When I got there, Dr. Strong and his assistant Emily were both so friendly and made me feel really comfortable during my procedure. I've had some bad experiences at other dental offices in the past, so I was pretty nervous going in, but they made me feel completely at ease and took great care of me.Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job putting on my crown she checked on me throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She had such a positive attitude and really made the experience smooth and stress-free.The front desk team was just as great! Nayeli was super communicative and had such a positive attitude while going over my estimate, and the manager, Nely, made sure everything went smoothly with my insurance so l didn't have to worry about anything. Over all, I couldn't be happier with my visit. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuine. You can really tell they care about their patients. I'm so glad I made the trip I definitely found my new go-to dental office!

The front desk staff was kind and welcoming, and I appreciated that. I first interacted with the staff member who took my X-rays. She appeared to be in a bad mood, and when I thanked her multiple times during the process, she did not respond at all. That lack of acknowledgment made the visit feel uncomfortable from the start. The dentist herself, however, seemed warm, nurturing, and genuinely concerned during the exam, which I valued. Unfortunately, the tone shifted again when the treatment plan was presented. I was quoted $4,792 for scaling and root planing along with localized antibiotic irrigation, laser bacterial reduction, and additional add-ons. My out-of-pocket portion was quoted at $1,285. The plan felt excessive, and I did not feel the necessity of all the add-ons was clearly justified. There also seemed to be pressure to begin treatment that same day. The two staff members who reviewed the treatment plan came across as aggressive, and the urgency felt more sales-driven than patient-centered. I want to be clear, I have the financial ability to move forward with treatment. Cost is not the issue. Feeling pressured and taken for granted is. I sought a second opinion at Clearview Dental and was quoted $1,587 total, with $675 out of pocket, without the additional procedures that were included in the original plan. A difference of over $3,000 in total cost is significant. Based on both the experience and the dramatic pricing difference, I chose to continue my care elsewhere. Patients deserve respectful communication, transparency, and time to make informed decisions without pressure.

I absolutely love this dentist! Everyone is incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. The front desk team is always helpful, welcoming, and super communicative. I was seen by Dr. Liu, who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also so kind and approachable; she answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The whole office treats you like family, and every visit is genuinely comfortable. Highly recommend!

I've always had fears about going to the dentist, especially for a root canal/chipped tooth!! But this office completely changed that for me from start to finish young girl Lexi that made my appt over the phone and verified my insurance great customer services skills calling me back when I let them know my tooth chipped Yikes, she asked if I was in pain to get me in sooner thank God no pain, other young lady smiling and friendly at check in/ Suzette at check out making sure all went well and even had me laughing with the small talk. Nelly explaining in thorough my financial portion that is due and when, was well versed on my Dental Plan, gave me time to ask any questions or concerns that I had, reassured me the doctors are great and I was in good hands. Her smile and small talk relaxed me she even stopped by when I was in the dentist chair checking in on me. The dentist first time seeing her was amazing, Dr Linh Nguyen her soft touch with the shots are nearly painless you actually don't even feel the sting nor pressure of the needle, her care for the patients is awesome she knew my shot fears and made sure I never saw that needle coming near me. The crown WOW, perfect fit. My endodontist Brett Strong my fear was gone, and no pain afterwards at all he was gentle and took the time before procedure to see if I had any questions on procedure and during the procedure my infection was deep, he would ask me often if I was ok!! At one point I was falling asleep lol that's how comfortable this office made me feel. Last step crown to have it put in same day was amazing. Very good customer service. Esther is exceptionally good, she loves her job, hence she does it with enthusiasm. She is very professional, courteous and provides empathetic listening. Esther explained every steps of the procedure, she educates me on how to keep my gum healthier. She is awesome! We need more of her in the clinic for good patient outcome. Thanks for all you do Esther! I will definitely come back for all my dental care.

I did not feel this office practices conservative, patient-centered dentistry. I was presented with an expensive treatment plan that included multiple add-on services presented as necessary, but which appear to be optional or unsupported by standard periodontal guidelines. After reviewing my X-rays and periodontal chart with another provider, I was told my condition was early-to-moderate and did not justify the scope or cost of the treatment proposed here. Patients should ask detailed questions, request evidence for each recommended service, and strongly consider getting a second opinion before proceeding.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for over 5 years now and I only have praise for her skill and technique. Not only is she competent but she's a fun and lively person with lots of positive vibes. She honestly cares about her patients. She is the ONLY dentist that I know of who gave me her home phone should something need immediate attention. The hygienists are highly competent as well. I don't know about the other offices in the RRMD network, but I've had nothing but great service here!
