I brought my dad here a couple of months ago, but this was my first appointment. I’ve always found the front desk staff to be pleasant and professional but had no experience with the rest of the staff. For my visit, Theresah, the DA, was patient, kind, and professional. Dr. Farrar was very reassuring and easy to talk to. And Chrissy from the front was friendly, thorough and clear in communications about plans and costs. Thank you for making the dentist visit an easier experience.

Great experience at this dentist as a new patient! Alexia in the front desk was so friendly and helpful with scheduling and insurance, which made everything stress-free. The hygienist was gentle, and the dentist took time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean and comfortable, and I left feeling really well cared for. Highly recommend!

Giovanna was very friendly and professional. Dr. Megens is extremely attentive and has excellent bedside manners. I’ve been coming here for years, ever since my children were small. It’s a great place in a great location with friendly staff all around. They always do their best to work with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Dr Farrar and her staff was outstanding. The level of care is exceptional. I am very happy to have found them. I couldn't ask for better customer service. The front desk did a superb job taking care of my insurance and appointments. From the X-rays to the technicians everyone went above and beyond. Round Rock Dentists don't just take care of you but they make you feel like you care. Outstanding Job!!!! I highly recommend them.

This office is VERY accommodating! They were able to get us in for an emergency visit the same day. They also worked with our budget to find affordable options and even offered a payment plan. From the front staff to the Dental Assistant to the Dr; EVERYONE was pleasant to work with. Our dentist for years!! Give them a try!
