My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

We had the BEST experiences for our dental emergency! I will only trust my kids with Dr. Kim and his staff! We will NEVER go anywhere else! To start with, my daughter has one of the most severe cases of pediatric anxiety! Lexi at the front desk, (AMAZING) checked us in and relayed to Dr. Kim and Jasmine! They were so incredibly gentle with my daughter. We can’t explain things in front of my daughter due to the anxiety so Jasmine to her for some goodies si the dentist could explain what needed to happen. He talked with daughter the entire time, reassuring her and telling her his every move. I was so impressed with him. You couldn’t even tell she had anxiety he was that good with her! HE EVEN GAVE HER A NUMBING SHOT AND SHE DIDNT EVEN FEEL IT! Here’s the best part… he didn’t tell her she was getting a shot. Numbed her with cream then gave the shot. He thought it was best we didn’t prepare for that like he did every thing else. Genius! after the appointment we were talking to her and I accidentally slipped that I was proud of her for getting the shot. My husband grabbed my hand so fast as she started getting worked up saying, "that wasn’t a shot it was the bonding agent in a syringe" 😅 her response, "mom, I didn’t. I would know if I was getting a shot" 😂😂 he is that good! Needless to say, they gained her trust and she feels safe with him. She’s even agreed to come back for her cleaning and anything else needed! We’ve had to avoid dentist due to the anxiety so that alone speaks volume! I was fully expecting a super high bill being that she broke her adult front tooth in half in a fall, surprisingly, less than $175 and you can’t even tell! I highly recommend them all your your kids dental needs!

After 2 years of experience can leave my opinion on this clinic in Round Rock. We like our son’s doctors, very friendly, careful , patient and honest, they made him feel comfortable, never in rush regarding teeth, always ready to answer your questions. We saw the result done and that is very important for us. Receptionists always try to help you with time or any other questions you need to know and different options. It’s comfortable that you have an option to come on Saturday or after school appointment, which helps a lot. I would recommend this clinic for kids, positive experience.

We are new patients at Smile Generation, and our experience could not have been better. I had such a positive experience at Smile Generation with my kids. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist and nursing staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Even with checking in three children, the process was smooth and efficient. Dr. Kim was exceptional ,thorough, seasoned, and very detailed in his approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I truly appreciated the care and attention given to each of my children without any sense of being rushed. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied with the service and care provided. It’s reassuring to know my kids are in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

Dr Kim and his staff are amazing!! We went in for a cleaning & came out with not only cleaning and sealants but extractions & a filling that were sooooo needed. I’m so thankful for the willingness of Dr Kim and his team to get this all done for us in the same day. The staff works so well together & Dr Kim has the absolute best personality for a Pediatric dentist. Thank you all soooo much!!

First time coming here! Amazing experience! The doc explained things in a way that made it all make sense. Jasmine was awesome and made my boys feel comfortable and safe!!

Geo was so kind and professional. He is very personable and answered all of my questions/ concerns regarding my daughter's braces and overall treatment. With my son, he was extremely patient and reassuring when he had his expander put in. My son was nervous and a bit overwhelmed and Geo made him comfortable and put him at ease.

This office is great! Dr. Kim made my kiddo feel comfortable every step of the way. He narrated each step of the procedure at an age-appropriate level, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for your care!
