Castle Dental & Orthodontics - Brushy Creek, TX

It's all a money grab. The first thing the doctor asked was if I would be interested in getting implants on my partials. What did that tell me? Obviously they push you to spend money. When finished I asked the front desk about the costs of everything. She couldn't do so except for the potential deep cleaning. By the way the hygenists had a hard time along with the assistant on taking notes. The extraction wouldnt be done in their office and no costs information were given to me. I did ask for my xrays and records so I can go to another dentist and was told she would email them to me. Yet to see that email This is all, after calling and calling and nobody answers the phone..they said it's because they are busy and how funny that when I was there. I was the only one waiting. Not to mention the disorganization of the entire practice. I highly recommend not going to Castle dental for it is nothing but a money grab and a push to get everything they can out of you. Remember this is a national chain and they have to push everything they can to pay for the offices that arent doing well. You can see that in our area. Loyis Henna, Palm Valley closed. The in experienced in customer service front desk girl said because they have no doctors to.fill the offices. Funny how many kids graduate ready to work. That tells you enough there. Absolutely no patient care or concern. I feel bad for the young doctor for having to be subjected to this kind of practice that Castle; Im sure is implementing. But who knows, how many people go into medicine now days to actually care for people and not for the money. No real medicine being practiced there. Again. Still waiting for my xrays and records. By the way did I mention I ONLY went in to see about an extraction of one tooth? They referred me out and didn't do anything for my tooth that obviously needs attention. Still have pain and still have bleeding. Why? Because nothing was done.

The best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Randy was terrific and did a stellar job. The young and beautiful dentist Mrs Costa was supremely superb and totally professional. Beyond that I found out she was from a very small town in West Texas and her demeanor was so kind and genuine I was a little overwhelmed by the young lady. Better get over here as fast as you can if you have dental care needs.Thats my recommendation😀

These folks offer the very best dental care I've ever experienced! Starting with my arrival and ending with my departure Jen and Veronica at the front desk always exude such warmth, kindness and caring! All of the doctors, assistants and hygienists are really friendly, gentle and competent. A special note of gratitude for everyone who has treated my special needs adult son with such patience, and calm caring. You are all the best and we are most appreciative!

I had a very disappointing experience at Castle Dental. The customer service was poor, and the overall environment felt cold and unwelcoming. What concerned me most was that I was presented with a treatment plan before any gum measurements were taken, which did not feel transparent or thorough. I was told I needed treatment without what I believe is standard diagnostic information, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the process took far longer than expected — it took an excessive amount of time just to complete X-rays. Overall, the experience did not feel patient-centered or trustworthy. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

HAVING FUN AT THE DENTISTS’?! Yup. Just went in for a check up and routine cleaning. The Front Desk was super friendly. Then, the dental hygienist, Jordan, was so much FUN! She was also really good! I got a pillow for my back and a cozy blanket. She also put Vaseline on my lips to keep them hydrated during the cleaning. She even did extra steps to make sure I wouldn’t have "grainy mouth" after my treatment. It was a surprisingly delightful experience and I’m so happy to have a dental office that I can look forward to, versus dreading! LOL

Both my dental hygienist and the dentist were so charismatic and informative. I felt very welcomed and really enjoyed my visit! Coming from traumatic dental experience to now looking forward to my next visit with them!
