Dr. Kim and his team are phenomenal. From the check in and billing process to their bedside manner during extractions and implants they are top notch. I have always been extremely nervous to get dental work done but Dr. Kim and his team make it almost an enjoyable experience. I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends!

This was by far my best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I’m 57 and needed two wisdom teeth pulled. They got me in two weeks faster then planned and the surgery went perfect. Didn’t even know they did anything. Just finished my one wk checkup everything is fine. Staff is prob the best I’ve ever witnessed. Main surgeon was so thorough and really pleasant guy. I’m assuming he’s a stud because I had zero swelling or pain ever. Highly recommend serenity.

From my first appointment with Dr. Kim I knew I was very fortunate to have been referred to his office. He has extensive training and is a highly skilled Oral Surgeon. Dr. Kim’s multiple accreditations and credentials say it all, he is a DDS, MD, and Anesthesiologist. My procedure to remove a fractured molar and bone graft went smooth with minimal pain and the graft came out great. Dr. Kim really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain the best options for your needs.The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim is the Surgeon you want to use!

Friendly,personable staff!! Dr. Kim is absolutely The Best!! My wife and I both had upper back molar extractions which required bone grafting to allow for a later implant due to the thinness of the maxillary floor in that location. The feared post op pain never materialized- only mild discomfort and slight swelling for the first few days. My wife said it’s a shame that as an oral surgeon he can’t also do knee replacement or shoulder surgery 😂

I’m not one for posting reviews however the entire team and process was exceptional. My dentist referred me to others for my procedure and after my consultation at Serenity I knew it was the right decision. The staff is amazing and the follow up from Dr. Kim proves they care about their patients. I highly recommend Serenity.

❗❗❗ ❗ Overpriced and Overcharged!!!! My wife feels ROBBED! She had her procedure done unfortunately around 6 months ago and it was extremely painful than what it should have been per another surgeon. My wife had no proper pre-op or post op done! Instead Dr Kim keeps patients waiting and once he decides to humor his patients with his "jokes" (I can hear him going from room to room from the waiting room) *pure cringe* Dr Kim’s delivery with patients is extremely horrible, he is arrogant, cocky and out right disrespectful!!!!!. NOT to mention his front desk staff who are just as rude and disrespectful!! They don’t treat you kindly or with ANY respect. Their job is to review all the charges in full, but when asked questions regarding charges the staff and Dr Kim has attitude! and now you’re stuck with the bill. They make you sign tons of waivers and do not provide any support for a proper payment plans. The front desk team could not tell my wife who she can get qualified for should we want to do a payment plan. They want all the $$$ upfront and more! Folks, save yourself the trouble, wasted time and headache dealing with this office is my wife and my advice. Have your insurance look into EVERY charge! Question everything. Compare it with other surgeons (there are many nice ones out there and even nicer staff). It’s your choice but my observation and wife’s advice is to steer clear from this place! They didn’t even explain how to care for my teeth after my procedure properly. I waited until we had no business to do with this dentist or his staff to post this! I am protecting my wife’s identity by posting anonymously. Not to mention! They wanted my wife to pay extra for imaging she did not need in the end (similar to the other review left by a patient). Taking advantage of patients is very sad by someone in the Dr Kim’s position financially. Dr Kim’s arrogant attitude doesn’t help and since he is in a position to help you would think he would…however this practice would rather rip you off to make a extra buck. Do better Dr Kim and train your front desk staff on customer service 101! And some simple etiquette. With how much they overcharge and the "3D Scan Scam" I am SHOCKED and can’t believe other dentists refer there patients here. I am sure Dr Kim’s office will write a reply trying to debunk our experience like they have!

From the waiting room, to the staff, to Dr. Kim, everyone was great! I came in very anxious about getting a wisdom tooth pulled. I had the tooth pulled while under sedation. Never any pain, or even swelling. My out of pocket cost was very reasonable as well. I never thought I would say that getting my tooth pulled was a good experience, but it was. Dr. Kim is now my ‘go to’ Oral Surgeon.
