River Dental

Coming from being a customer at the River Dental in Farmington. Having to come here for ortho appointments is a huge disappointment. The lobby is filthy with food, trash and crumb’s on surfaces, overflowing trash cans, water spilled on the floor, just to name a few observations. Their customer service is terrible. The receptionist lacks the ability to communicate properly (starting at me like deer in headlights) when I ask simple questions even though she speaks English. The girls up front sit there and gossip all within earshot of customers.

River Dental in Rogers is number one in my book I have never ever since the first time I was at this dentist and they treated me with respect went through everything I need to know did an excellent job. I’ve never had a cleaning like this before in my life, I’m 66 years old so I was shocked and I was like a little kid asking questions. What are you doing? This place is amazing. I highly recommend this place. The whole staff is great!

Nice office and staff. Christina did an excellent job on cleaning for me. However, I took out one star because I had to wait 45 minutes for being seen, even I arrived 10 minutes earlier and finished all paperworks in advance. Hope they can do better next time.

If you’re looking to get Invisalign here, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. First off, the front desk staff lacks the ability to communicate professionally. The most you will get is a 1-2 word answer. They don’t greet you when walking through the door, or act like they enjoy their job, nor care about their clients. Secondly, I have called numerous times to try to get an ortho appt (since I am supposed to be seen every two weeks to keep on track) However, they say there is none available for 1-2 months and that the ortho MD’s are only there on wednesdays, however when I went in for a dental cleaning on a Monday I saw both ortho MD’s seeing other patients in the back. It’s been well over three months since my last ortho appt and I have now been told I’ll have Invisalign for another 7 months due to their previous unavailability for appts. Unfortunately I have already paid upfront for Invisalign or I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Dr. Bradley was amazing. He was gentle and very professional. He explained what he was doing so I could understand. He was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure.

Dentist and staff were friendly and attentive like the first time 5 years ago. My question is why a dental office does not prescribe meds for pain?This is Cruel! I couldn't sleep last night and consumed 12 of 500mg gel caps.

DO NOT GET BRACES HERE YOU ARE BETTER OFF TRYING SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY HAVE STAFF. got my braces done three years ago and they keep overbooking themselves making their patients wait 9 weeks between appointments when you are supposed to wait 4-6 weeks between appointments. and their front desk service staff and not once been customer service friendly they always look like they are forced to be there and forced to help me make an appointment? and when i asked about them maybe getting some help with orthopedic care they told me they were working on it and that was 9 weeks ago? where is the help? where is the service?
