Community Clinic Family Dental - Rogers, AR - Southern Hills Blvd

They did not do any procedure and still charged medicate. Could not get procedure done elsewhere because medicate had already been charged. This is fraud in my opinion.

Great staff. My son busted his front teeth put at school and they seen him right away and reconstructed his teeth perfectly. The denist and her assistant were so gentle and caring, couldn't have asked for a better experience especially given the situation. Amazing.

I really liked the dentist but the operations polite but not coordinated. If a child is to take a med. 60 min before visit. And no food prev. Either let the parent give it, or whenever you know that there is 3 minutes before the med needs given. Then call out in the office and see if maybe the patient is standing behind another patient in line! Vs a month out reschedule. And when reschedule, if you give a later appointment time 12 than the prev. 10am and send a notification the night before stating that a light breakfast is able to be given with no dairy. Then don't tell me you have to reschedule and that I signed a paper knowing that my child's not to have food. And then tell me like I knew better whenever I was given a notification that I could give him food! I'm livid disgusted irritated. It's now going to be 3 months since the original planned appointment. The entire staff is polite there's something not coordinating correctly and it leaves people like me very upset.

The doctor and staff are very helpful. I got helped on the same day I called. They are very nice and knowledgeable! The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend!

Awful I would rate zero stars but that’s not possible my daughter always comes out in horrible pain and gets the worst panic attacks when being there . Just be more gentle.

Wow. HIGHLY don't recommend here. I jus called to ask some questions and went on to explain an opinion I had about them not being able to tell me the cost of what I need done. Not in a rude way either. They hung up on me 🤷🏽‍♂️🙄 Update: I tried to call back to speak with a manager and was purposely evaded. Don't go here.
