I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit. Nada Alani, the dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly gentle yet thorough during my cleaning. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. She provided helpful home care tips that have already made a positive difference. The entire experience was the best dental cleaning I've ever had. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Nada Alani!

I've been going to this location for almost 2 years. I've had all my cleanings performed by Nada Alani. Nada has been calm, kind, warm and efficient. I always know I'm in good hands. Definitely recommend!

More importantly, she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me great, personalized tips on brushing and flossing to improve my home care. I had such a great experience with Nada Alani . She was professional, gentle, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave me helpful tips to improve my oral care at home. The cleaning itself was painless and my teeth have never felt better. I also really appreciated her friendly personality—she made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental hygienist.

I recently visited this location, was told that I could not receive my dental cleaning without agreeing to a list of unnecessary x-rays. I called before I drove an hour from my home to get there to confirm that I could get my cleaning without having to do all of the x-rays listed. Over the phone, they told me I could discuss it with the dentist and decide which x-rays were critical and which not, which I agreed to. When I got there, they would not let me see the dentist and they would not admit me for my appointment and cleaning because I would not agree to do ALL (about 10 different X-rays). Even though I had the option to deny any x-rays that I did not want on my consent form, the girl at the desk still would not let me get my cleaning or even speak to the dentist about it. So I told here that I prefer to skip the cleaning rather than to be forced to do a bunch a procedures that I did not want. She then proceeded to mark me as a no-show and sent a letter that I will be denied future services due to the fact that I did not show up for my appointment! This was all after I had explained to her that I had just driven an hour to get there and confirmed before driving that I was coming mainly for annual cleaning and that I would not have to do all the x-rays and screenings. I don't know where the problem lies.. with companies like this that will only see a patient if they can milk the insurance system for every penny they could possibly charge, even for unnecessary procedures... or with receptionists that can't think for themselves and will intentionally mark a patient as a no-show even though they are standing right in front of you just because you have someone in front of you who can think for herself and you don't know what to do with that besides reiterate the word "protocol" because you can't logically explain why someone would need 10 x-rays in order to get their teeth polished.
