My name is Tom Frye. I've been going to see Dr. Keith Nguyen for over 10 years now. He is by far the best! He does great work and makes sure that your treatment will be pain-free. He has also saved my teeth and gums by also referring me to a periodontist. But don't take my word for it. Just read the reviews here. Of 60 reviewers, 59 gave Pro Dental five stars. Our current dentist dropped our insurance so I've been in the market for a new office. I was in pain due to filling suddenly falling out and called to see if I could have it checked out as a new patient. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, within just a few hours. Within 15 minutes of arrival and x-rays, they were replacing the filling. Dr. Nguyen explained what he was doing every step of the way. I suffer from extreme jaw discomfort during dental visits and have to take a break often, and he and his assistant were extremely patient and never rushed me. Everyone was thorough, kind, helpful and professional.

🙏Excellent Dental Implant Experience🙏 I had two dental implants and dental chips (front tooth procedures) at Pro Dental Group in Rocklin, CA, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up appointment, the entire process was smooth and professional. Dr. Nguyen and the staff, particularly Tiffany, who was so kind to the patients, were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which added to my confidence in their services. The procedure itself was painless, and the care taken during the surgery was evident. Dr. Nguyen ensured that I was comfortable throughout and provided clear post-operative instructions. The recovery process was quicker than I anticipated, and I experienced minimal discomfort. Now that the implants and chips have fully healed, they look and feel just like natural teeth. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My confidence has been restored, and I can smile freely again. I highly recommend Pro Dental Group to anyone considering dental implants. This dental office has the rudest front desk ladies (aside from Tiffany). I called about my insurance and then to cancel an appointment, both times the receptionists were very rude and when I asked if they needed my name for the appointment she said very sarcastically no because they have caller ID. What if I was calling for another person or someone used my phone to call and they cancelled the wrong appointment. Very rude receptionists which is bad for business. The doctors and hygienists are usually pleasant and nice, but I will not be returning to this dental office solely based on the lack of professionalism of the receptionists.

I have been doing here for YEARS and Tiffany is simply amazing. She remembers me when I call without missing a beat! Her and the doctor are so genuine and personable and follow up with me about my life! 10/10 great care for my soul and my teeth!

Love going to Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Tran office. Everyone there is very nice. I have been going to Dr.Nguyen before he had his own office. I followed him from Sacramento to Rockline. I never liked going to the dentist before, I would get anxiety. I was luck enough to find Dr. Nguyen, feel very comfortable and relaxed when I need to get dental work done. My husband and son also love coming her. He always looks out for our best interest. Best Dr ever! 11-3-2017 Its that time again when the family comes in for our routine check up with Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen. I always love waking in to their office it feels like home to use. Always greeted when we walk in and the staff is really great and friendly. Dr Nguyen and Dr Tran are still the best Dr.’s EVER!!! 🤗🤗

Look no further! You are in amazing hands here! I was searching for a family-friendly dental office and found it! What's more, the front desk staff arranges my family's cleaning appointments so that we can all be seen on the same day with overlapping appointments. It's incredibly convenient and efficient. Dr. Nguyen fantastically takes care of adult dental needs and his wife, Dr. Tran, sees children. This office is modern and comfortable and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On a recent visit with my son, Dr. Tran and her assistant went above & beyond making sure my son was comfortable during his procedure. As a parent, my child's comfort at dental visits is very important. I can't thank Dr. Tran enough for ensuring that my son always has a great experience. I have recommended this office many times over!
