Franck Family Dental

I absolutely love Franck Family Dental! I was fortunate enough to be seen by Dr. Alkordy, who fixed my really messed up teeth:) She was very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Besides being very gentle, she is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. I am very thankful to Dr. Alkordy (and her wonderful dental assistant Elsa) for the awesome job improving my smile and overall dental health.

I LOVE this office! Dr. Franck is amazing! She focuses on prioritizing treatment so that it does not feel overwhelming. She is very detailed and thorough in her explanations. She listens and takes her time in answering all of my questions. The hygienists have been wonderful! Gentle, but thorough, and always very informative. The front office staff are the BEST!! Always so helpful, and welcoming. I cannot say enough about this dental office. I am so happy that I found Franck Family Dental! Highly recommended.

Amazing team here from reception to hygiene to doctors. Very kind, calm, professional, and my kids enjoy their time here as well! They’re great with kids! Easy to schedule appointments and receive any required follow-up treatments.

Dr. Franck seems like a great person and dentist however the account mgr has terrible customer service and attitude. All the negative comments regarding billing and attitude toward customers is accurate. Wanted to charge us a second time just to fix a filling mistake. Was irrate when asked about it and told us we shouldnt put a price on health. No surprise this office seems empty. Hope Dr Franck can find a new billing mgr. She deserves better. Beware

Dr. Franck and the rest of the staff at Franck Family dental have been awesome over the last few years! Our whole family visits this office, and the whole staff is very caring and Dr. Franck does a great job of listening to our concerns and also educating us. Thank you Franck Family Dental!

I always have a wonderful experience at Franck Family Dental. The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient making check-in a breeze. My hygienist, Jodell is fantastic! She is friendly and gentle during my cleaning. I appreciate her taking the time to answer my questions. Dr Franck is professional and kind.
