Dr. Kenneth Wong, DDS

Dr. Wong was so kind & compassionate with me. Very professional office with all the latest technology. He took all the time I needed to discuss options & came up with a plan. He did a beautiful job and I didn’t have any pain. My dad also sees Dr. Wong & is very happy with his results. I recommend him highly!

My daughter recently had (all 4) wisdom tooth extractions and was nervous about the work required and potential pain that could result. Dr. Wong and his staff warmly greeted us with all of the advanced Covid Cautions and invited us in to their practice with extreme care. We found each to be genuine, personable, and attentive at every stage of treatment and recovery. While the entire team was helpful, I would give additional accolades to the Dental Assistant who spent the most time with my daughter as she was particularly well-informed and comforted my daughter throughout the entire process. We're of course not eager to do more extractions, we would certainly go back to Dr. Wong and his team in the future (as my next child will be nearing this stage as well). Please avoid going here at all costs. Dr. Wong is a terrible person. He shows absolutely no compassion. After reading other reviews I wish I would have checked then before spending my money here. Extremely disappointing and disheartening.

Staff was very rude, demanding I contact my ex husband on their behalf even after I explained our relationship was strained. Refused to treat a dry sock after surgery claiming it was too many weeks past surgery. They literally had me in tears due to their behavior over the phone.

Doctor Wong lacks compassion with his customers.
