I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Neil Patel. He is highly skilled, incredibly precise, and genuinely committed to delivering the best results. I’m truly grateful that I chose to be treated by him. He pays close attention to every detail, double-checks his work, and makes sure the patient fully understands each step. On top of his expertise, Dr. Patel has such a kind and respectful manner. He can pinpoint the problem from just a few words, which reflects his deep experience and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone searching for a top-tier, meticulous dentist. The entire team — from the assistants to the front-desk staff — is equally wonderful, polite, and cooperative. My sincere thanks to Dr. Neil and to the whole team.

I saw Dr. Reddy and she was extremely nice, informative, and gentle. Her assistant Myaia was extremely nice as well. Bedside manner is extremely important and I was treated very. Prior, I had a dental emergency and they saw me the same day. Dr. Neil took care of it and he was awesome! The front desk staff and scheduling staff were also extremely nice. I HIGHLY recommend this Dental Office!!!

I like Dr Neil Patel he explains his procedure in a very easy to understand way of what the patient is experiencing and his plan to combat the issue. He is very gentle when working in my mouth and he does good work.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love going to the dentist. I initially rated my visit 5 stars "Best first-time dental experience in IL. 10/10!" to be honest, it was only to be put into the drawing for the electronic toothbrush or tooth cleaning system that they were raffling off and she watched me do the review. i rob the dentist, and my conscience would not allow me to leave a 5 star rating with someone who is not 5 star. I did not get a complete exam. I got X-rays done, they looked at a cracked tooth that I brought to their attention, which they got permission from my insurance to put a crown on. I also got a polish which was not rinsed very well at all, it was very gritty, and it was like she was trying to conserve water or something. NO ONE checked my gums, nor did they check my teeth for cavities using the chart stating the condition of each tooth. The only focus was on that broken tooth which had no pain, and MY concern for my front bottom teeth shifting. I called today to find out what was done, the person who answered said they did a visual check for cavities and xrays. Now I need to check with my insurance to make sure they did not bill them for a full check up and I do not feel safe getting a crown from them. I love the dentist and I know what a first time check up should consist of, the reception personnel were magnificent, the office was very clean, very small but very clean and yeah, issa no for me dawg.

I have been a patient here before with my children as well and was not super impressedwith any step of care. Today's visit needs to recognized for the amazing gentleman that helped us at the counter. Incredibly kind and helpful he made our entire day by collaborating with the clients and being very sincerely sweet. I truly hope great recognition is given to Jesse. He is wonderful.

This place has a excellent esthetic and the workers are very nice and kinda funny. They also treat the children with care and patience. Overall, the atmosphere of this place is very calming.

Dr. Marcotte was so nice and so were all the assistants. My husband and I have been going to Perryville Dental for about 2 years now and never have had a problem. EVERYONE is always so nice and accommodating to my disability of needing to use a cane or walker to walk. They accept a very wide range of insurance to accommodate everybody. They also have appointments offered all times of the day to accommodate everybody. I’m so happy that we found Perryville Dental!
