All Family Dental and Braces

The dental assistant that was helping yesterday was sooo nice! She took my X-rays and made the experience so much better, she asked if I had any questions about the topics that were covered and seemed like she really cared about the service she provided. I wish I knew her name, she did a great job. The doctor that came into my room was able to take another look at a tooth I had concerns with too, and took additional X-rays to clarify. I got my wisdom teeth removed at the Elgin location and they did a great job there too.

Literally love this office and all of their staff from the front desk to the DAs in the back. Me & my sons all go here and they have taken great care of us all. Was in to get my braces put on today, Jenny and Alondra assisted with putting them on, they both were so gentle and kind and walked me through every step. I am very greatful for them and all of their help! I have been hesitant with getting my braces for some time now and they have all encouraged me to do it and I’m so happy that I finally did. I can’t wait to see my new smile 😃 Thank you to everyone at All Family Dental and Braces for making me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

I do not recommend this location! They basically gave us the run around for months and barely answered the phone. We were approved for my son's braces through our insurance at this location. All family basically kept telling us that the price our insurance quoted us for was wrong, which was around a $1700 co-pay. All family said the price was around $9,000 and that we would have to pay about half of that. Fast-forward to a year later, my son was able to get his braces on at another orthodontics location. We visited the new location in January and braces were on by February! Co-pay is only $1,450. Hopefully All family has new front desk people now because they are causing them to lose business.

Would give 10000 negative stars for the way my son was treated the past 3 months!!! Had surgery cancelled twice since October! Then go today for his surgery to get his teeth removed, after receiving 3 text messages confirming his appointment. Drove 1.5 hrs to be told, OH, we dont have an oral surgeon!!!! They said they called me on the 27th to cancel, but NOPE! THEY DID NOT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I kept getting told there was a family emergency! For 3 months!!! Whoever that dr CJ was that was so wonderful, I want to know where he went! They need to be shut down!!!

If I could give 0 stars I really would. July 2025 I made a wisdom teeth removal appointment it was scheduled for September. Two days before the appointment they called and canceled because the surgeon had a family emergency they rescheduled me for November. They called in November and canceled again because the oral surgeon was still having family issues. They rescheduled for January. It is now January and I called to clarify the appointment and they tell me they no longer do oral surgery. I was lead on for half a year just to be told they no longer provide the service I need. I’ve have never seen a healthcare company that is this unprofessional & uncoordinated.

Worst experience i had an appointment at 11:30, and when I arrived they only did X-rays, then the doctor said he couldn’t do anything because it was their lunch break. If it’s lunch time, they shouldn’t schedule appointments and make patients come for nothing.Later, they said the next available appointment would be in July. I told them I can’t wait that long and to call me if something opens sooner. Today they called at 9:18 AM and said a 10:00 AM spot was available. I asked to switch it to my 6-year-old daughter because she’s in pain. They agreed. I arrived at 9:54 and waited until 10:30, then they told me the appointment was canceled due to being too busy.This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with them. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and show no concern or compassion for patients.

I’m Not Sure Where To Begin… I’d Say My Biggest Mistake Was Not Reading The Reviews Of Previous Encounters Others Had. I Had A Surgery Scheduled In May, Wisdom Extraction… They Called Me The Day Before And Cancelled. I Kept My Patience And Rescheduled For Another Surgery That Was Pushed Out To July… & You Guessed It They Cancelled Again! Called Me Back To Back Asking If I Allow Them To Reschedule ANOTHER TIME, This Time For October 16th 2025 & They Cancelled Yet Again. I Wouldn’t Recommend Anyone Going Here, You’ll Be Waiting MONTHS And End Up In The Emergency Room Just Like Me! I Called For A Release And Signed A Consesnt For My Medical Records… Never Sent Them! Highly Unprofessional!!!!!
