Carolina Smile Design - Dr. Ann Kirol Lang

I started out seeing Andrea. I made it very clear that I did not like the dentist and I absolutely hate needles. Andrea took her time every time I had an appointment. She always made sure I was comfortable and never in pain. Now I see Andrea in passing. She helped me overcome my dentist fear. Now I see Melinda. Melinda provides the same service as Andrea. I have always had great experience since day 1.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Palmetto Eye! The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Alex is absolutely AMAZING, so knowledgeable and has the best personality. You can tell she truly cares about patients. And Dr. Wood is simply the best! I always feel like I’m in great hands here. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a dental office that made me feel welcome and that had a friendly staff. Everyone at Carolina Smile design was great. From the first time I called to schedule an appointment to my exam. They even called twice to offer to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I didn’t get this type of treatment at my last dental office. Carolina Smile Design has been a pleasant change. I even referred my dad because he hasn’t been happy with his current dentist, either. Thanks, Carolina Smile Design!

The friendly atmosphere helps me relax and Andrea my hygienist makes me feel like I’ve just come for a chat. She does a great job while being gentle. Dr. Lane takes her time to answer any questions I have. They keep a nice balance of "you are important so we aren’t rushing " WITHOUT crossing over to "your time is not valuable". Very pleased! I have been a patient for 5 years.

Excellent ! After an initial evaluation visit, today was the real test with work to be performed on two teeth. First of all, the stall at the desk is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The "work team", Dr Konanur and Bella is quite efficient, highly qualified and very considerate for the needs of the person in the chair. I was impressed. I was very happy with my previous dentist whom I saw for nearly 10 years until my insurance stopped covering their services. I was delighted to find a suitable replacement. I am very sympathetic about how poorly exceptional medical professionals are treated by insurance companies nowadays. That's a shame. If you are looking for a dentist, I very much recommend that you give Dr. Konanur and her team a try. I don't believe that you will be disappointed. Thank you Carolina Smile Design Team !

Dr Anne and her staff are so warm and friendly. They always make us feel welcome and at ease. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and was very nervous. Dr Anne and Mallori put her at ease right away.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They listen and take time to explore and explain everything that will be best results for your situation. Skilled at own position, friendly, understanding, and supportive. Make you feel comfortable and confident and want to smile.
