Apex Dental

Everyone was great. This was my 18 month old son’s first dental visit and the assistant Marissa was fantastic with him. Dr. Sontakke is also wonderful with kids and very patient. He was definitely a difficult patient and they were so awesome with him. We love Apex Dental!

We are very happy with Teresa the amazing hygienist and Dr Carver. They really care about your smile. We are comfortable when they say something needs to be done that it really does. We have been to others who scare you into getting unnecessary work done.

If you are a native to Rock Hill or this area, then you know the amazing Dr.Fuller! In today’s world it’s rare to come across dentists that show "care over profit" as Dr. Fuller, Dr. Eddy and so many others did. Well a year ago I needed a root canal and of course called the best, Dr. Fuller, only to find out he sold his practice and wasn’t practicing anymore, but by the grace of God the day I just so happened to call he was there and his amazing office manager Barbara. Barbara said to come on and she was fit me in with the new dentist. I was hesitant but trusted them so I went, and I am SO GLAD I did! Dr. Fuller said, "I wouldn’t trust anyone to take over my practice if I didn’t think they were worth it, Dr Santokee is VERY WORTH IT!" He was right as usual. Dr. Santokee is another "rare" one. She is kind, patient, accommodating, and most of all cares over profit! I’m so incredibly thankful Barbara was there (and still is 🩷) and for the perfect timing. There’s so many new dentists, periodontists, endodontists, etc but there’s few "care over profit" dentists except Dr. Santokee. If you are in search of a great dentist that is amazing at what they do and most importantly care, call Apex Dental! I promise you won’t regret it!

Walked in for an emergency visit where Rhi greeted us with a smile and was very sweet and friendly then got to the back where Kristen and Dr. Sontakke came in and were both very friendly and knowledgeable and did not have us wait for long at all! All 3 of them made it a great experience! My husband is scheduled for another great experience to have the issue taken care of.

I had originally gone to another dentist in the area and was shocked by the high price they quoted me. I decided to reach out to Apex Dental, and to my surprise, their quote was about 60% less! From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always eager to help. Dr. Waleska was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Every appointment so far has been quick, efficient, and even finished sooner than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular cleanings and any future dental work.

Had a root canal done today! Usually very anxious with dental appointments but apex dental did an excellent job. Dr.sontakke and her assistant yisell were both very nice and helpful 👍

Absolutely the best dental place i have took my child to! There are individual rooms, not a line of chairs where everyone is getting work done in front of others. Feels very private and the staff is amazing. My child has lots of questions and the staff/dentist will answer the questions and makes sure that my child understands the answer.
