Very unprofessional. First time walking in receptionists barely acknowledges you and doesn’t know what they are doing. Every appointment we’ve made with them we write down the EXACT time they give us for our appointment but each time we’ve shown up we’re told that our appointment was set for a completely different time then what was given to us. The workers upfront loudly complain about their job in front of patients making them feel like an inconvenience. The dentists themselves are very kind and professional but the receptionists/workers up front are a NIGHTMARE. Do NOT recommend this place.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled by the young lady at the front desk who wears the hajab named Maria once we got there I showed the same women my card that she made for me and she told me the appointment was never made, which was an appointment that she made. She told me to have a seat… then ten minutes later told me they could not see my child because the other person had shown up when I wanted to escalate the issue, the African American man sitting next to her told her to write down a number which was a number that was either disconnected or a fax number

Horrific service! Waste of time, money, gas and aggravation. I had an appointment scheduled MONTHS in advance. They called TWICE to confirm my appointment, even on the day I was supposed to go to the appointment. I get 5 minutes down the street to receive a phone call that they made a mistake about my insurance and that I do not have the appointment anymore. Talked to the Manager in charge and all her response consisted of was "Oh well. Sorry. I will talk to my workers about it 🤷‍♀️." No compensation, no nothing. Will never ever go back! Looks like we’re on the search for ANOTHER dentist.

Most unprofessional establishment this can't be real. Had an appointment scheduled and the day before my appointment the receptionist calls and ask if I can come in a half an hour early, I agreed. So the next day is my appointment I received another call telling me they need to reschedule because my appointment is going to infer with their staff meeting. I take the new appointment only to find out what my original schedule appointment I'm no longer been seen for it which I've been waiting for 8 months for them to take care of it. My 4 yr old had an anxiety about going to the dentist bc of bad experience from her prior dentist. Dr Yanez and Jennifer were very patient with her. They did an amazing job. Even though I was worried about bad reviews about this office, I am glad that we gave a chance, Everyone was also friendly in the office.

Been going to this Dentist for the longest.! Also bring my children there. Never really had to much of issues until today 07/19/2022.! I got my teeth cleaned today by the hygienist (which was amazing time) than we get finished & hygienist brings me into the area to start getting my teeth worked on. Last doc i seen said next time i come in we would be working on my right side top teeth. Well this doc was legit all over the place couldnt seem to find where she was working on, clanking my teeth to see where its sensitive which mind you if i have a cavaity work on that so it doesnt get bigger.! Anyways they start putting the equipment together to get ready to start working on my teeth, i was holding suction tube on right side of mouth bcus the assistant was left handed. So Doctor goes to grab drill piece & it falls on the floor the assistant went to grab another one & Doctor says "no its fine & has the other lady wipe it with a bacterial wipe" In that process of me about to say something she switchs the suction tube & the other one goes flying. Now thats the second piece of equipment to drop or go flying. So the doctor Hooks another one to the right side of my mouth & starts to work on my left top tooth.! All of sudden water and spit is pouring down my back because she didnt turn suction tube on & the other person watching over her notices so the doctor goes to move & slices the side of my lip & i feel burning so i touch it & im bleeding 🙁 she than goes to blame the suction tube (for the cutting) which was placed on my right side.! I swear after tomorrow ill never go back here again & truthfully wanna get ahold of someone higher about this.! My lip now is fat & has a cut. Unbelievable unprofessional person.

Worst dentist ever..I have insurance and they want you to come 2 times a week for cleaning but they don't do anything else. They use up all your money doing cleanings and when u need real work they say u owe money when clearly I'm covered. My teeth still aren't fixed..they should b closed!!
