Rochester Advanced Dentistry

I have been a patient at Rochester Advanced Dentistry for many years. I have always felt that they value me as both a patient and a person. The staff have seen me through many procedures, routine and special, and have always been attentive to my comfort and feeling of security. The doctors and hygienists are top-notch, and the front desk staff always greet you with a friendly smile and are most professional. I can only say, "You’re the best, all of you!"

I have nothing but good things to say about Rochester Advanced Dentistry. I’ve been a patient here for about two months now and my experience has been great from the start. I came to the office for TMJ issues that I had been experiencing for years and was met with so much kindness and understanding. It was a big step for me to start treatment for many reasons, but it has been well worth the time and cost investment! Every single staff member I have interacted with has left me more and more impressed. Cristina especially ensured that my husband and I fully understood my treatment options and was a huge part of us feeling confident in our decision to move forward. Dr. Daws has been so patient in treating me and always takes the time to explain everything we’re doing which I love. Each hygienist that has assisted with my treatment has been considerate and friendly, and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome. If you’re considering RAD for any kind of treatment, I can’t recommend it enough!

I've been going to Dr.Haddad for 20 years. I totally trust him. He is a perfectionist and does beautiful work. His assistant, Rachel makes everyone feel so comfortable. His office is run very well. I'd never go to anyone else. You won't be disappointed!

I have had a lot of dental work over the years. Recently Dr. Haddad replaced two crowns and it was clearly the best experience ever! He is a skilled expert with a wonderful staff. Could not ask for better treatment.

Dr. Jeff and his entire staff are amazing at making you feel at ease and that is obviously saying something for a dental office. I couldn’t be happier with the results and with the continued care. Their meticulous planning and execution really helped me with my breathing and have given me a truly incredible cosmetic difference. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about this practice! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are so friendly and welcoming. I brought my son in today to fix a chipped tooth. Dr. Daws and Rachael were absolutely amazing (as always)! They made sure my son was comfortable for the entire process and quickly put his uneasiness to rest. The tooth looks exactly like it did before it was damaged. Dr. Daws and Rachael are extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are always so happy with the care we receive here. 5 stars every time!

I came to RAD in February; very much running out of hope. I had been struggling with ear pain flare ups and dizziness for 3 years. Mallory ran the tests and explained how the jaw can affect the ears, and what they could do to help. Every visit since then, they have shown so much care for me— always kind and will check up on you if somethings off. Dr. Daws is very nice and goes over everything well. This team will do everything they can, and in my case referring me to physical therapy to continue the journey. I have no regrets choosing their treatment plan.
