I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental thanks to the exceptional customer service from all staff, but especially from Hafsa and Theresa. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful appointment into a great experience. Aspen Dental is lucky to have them—highly recommend. Hafsa and Teressa were absolutely amazing!

Elie is an awesome person. She is personable and sympathetic. She deserves to be recognized for her working under high pressure and demand. I complained about the long wait and she steadfastly explained that the office has just one doctor and she is doing the best to attend to everyone’s needs. She also spoke Spanish whenever I wanted to switch to Spanish. She made me smile although I was in pain!

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental – Irondequoit, Rochester, NY, thanks to my hygienist Sam. She is incredibly gentle—so much so that I don’t even need numbing medicine during cleanings. I’m completely comfortable and often find myself dozing off! The office is always spotless, and the sanitation and cleanliness are top-tier. Sam consistently provides great, easy-to-follow recommendations for preventative care at home, which I really appreciate. She also has a wonderful personality, is very professional, and is flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Sam’s services if you’re looking for a hygienist who is gentle, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your comfort and dental health. Absolutely five stars!

The whole staff is so nice and wonderful. They took their time to help me in every possible way. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and they made it a smooth experience. I highly recommend this team to anyone that goes to Aspen Dental

Hygienist was very nice and gentle, overall the office was clean and smelled good. Would recommend. Had an exam and cleaning all in the same day. Also was helped with care credit. Very fast and knowledgeable

This was my very first experience coming to Aspen Dental. Let me completely honest, I was pleasantly shocked at just how advanced and proficient the staff is and how gental and knowledgeable and caring and thorough everyone I spoke to about my emergency needs were. Sully, the Tech, was AMAZING! She made feel comfortable and along with Dr. Cogshell reassured me that they could provide me with the care abd service I was looking for and what’s even greater, they take my insurance!!

I am sharing the details related to my husband's experience, but as I was there with him throughout his journey, I feel I am able to do so. The staff and level of professionalism is not what we expected. We initially used the West Ridge Rd location and have nothing but positive feelings about that location. However, we went to the East Ridge location for this procedure. Payment in FULL upfront mind you. We are early for every single visit. He has never been taken back on time. Usual wait from time of appointment is 1/2 hour. Today however he was in for a fitting of bottom dentures. Has already gone through the implant procedure. Today he is seen, then told they have to work on the bottom plate, should take about an hour. Then he is told the office has a 2 hour lunch scheduled so will be longer. After 3 hours in the office for a fitting, he comes home. He has 2 more appointments in the next week before he will receive the plate. He sat in that office for 3 hours. Unbelievable. He had to remind them that he was there. Apparently not all employees participated in the lunch. And I agree with prior review, bring warm coat, the lobby is freezing. Very disappointed with the entire process at this location. Would never, ever recommend
