⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rochester Modern Dentistry exceeded my expectations from the very first call. I had a tooth emergency as a first-time patient, and the front desk staff who took my call was kind, reassuring, and got me in quickly. They also took the time to walk me through insurance concerns. They scheduled two appointments, one for a full examination and another for corrective work, clearly explaining the process along the way. The dentist was informative, kind, and genuinely willing to listen. Comfort was clearly a priority, and that reassurance meant a lot. As I was leaving, a different front desk employee was just as friendly and informative, which really reinforced the consistency of their team. It’s rare to experience this level of hospitality in a healthcare setting. Five stars without hesitation, and I absolutely recommend Rochester Modern Dentistry if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust. (and a massage chair...who knew!)

The best dental office around! From the moment I walk through the doors, I’m met with the friendliest welcome from the front desk — especially Loretta, who is always genuinely happy to greet me. She sets the tone for the entire visit with her kindness and upbeat energy. The dental hygienists are equally fantastic. They’re skilled, gentle, and incredibly attentive, making every appointment feel comfortable and stress‑free. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their patients. And of course, Dr. McClelland is exceptional. Professional, detailed, and caring, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel confident in my care. This team is the real deal — welcoming, talented, and consistently outstanding. I’m grateful to have found a dental office that makes every visit such a positive experience.

Every experience my adult kids & I have had have been nothing short of exceptional. All staff are incredibly professional, helpful, informative, accommodating & friendly. Dr McClelland called me the day after my procedure to see how I was. She is an excellent dentist. Compassionate, caring and explains everything so well which helps greatly before any procedure. She is also one of the nicest, down to earth people I have ever met. She goes to great length to ensure you are comfortable & informed. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else for their dental care!!

Dr. McClelland and her team are outstanding!! They are extremely thorough, professional, and go above and beyond to educate patients about best dental practices and procedures. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist so much!! A special shout out to Sydney (a superstar hygienist!) and to Loretta, who welcomes you into the office with her warm, beautiful smile!!

Excellent practice! Wonderful, positive atmosphere. Dr. McClelland hired a great staff. Dr. is thorough, gentle, explains well, answers all questions. Jazz hygienist and Ange? assistant did a great job. Office staff is friendly, efficient, helpful in getting appointment quickly. Highly recommend.
