The door literally says we cater to cowards so I was expecting a gentler approach with my 7 year old. Instead my son was anxious so Dr. Vergara and the Dental assistant decided to overwhelm him by talking over each other and aggressively telling him to calm down. That’s definitely not how you calm down a kid. So they numbed him for no reason and refused to work on him because they lack how to deal with a child who is in a new place with new people.

I never had dental issues until 2 crowns were placed by a different dentist from grinding my teeth. I had numerous issues, a root canal that didn’t take, and so now I needed an extraction. Dr. Bronstein and her assistant were wonderful. The experience was better than I could have imagined. I feel very blessed to have found this office and to be handled with such care. I’m sure my healing process will go well.

Very courteous office staff. Very quick service. Hygienist was very kind. And Dr. Truong was very receptive to helping me get treatment needed at an affordable price.

I have had several cleanings and x-rays during the past few years and have had an excellent experience each time. When I call to make the appointment, the young lady that answers the phone is extremely courteous and helpful. The dental hygienist is thorough and does a great job! I see Dr Cannon, and he is very friendly and thorough! All of the staff that I come in contact with is cheerful and smiling. 5 star review for this office! Well Done.

I very rarely leave reviews, however, this is one business that is most deserving of one. I was from out of town and I had an emergency dental issue, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Cannon and his team. It was one of the best experiences one could ask for with a root canal. Dr. Cannon was very personable and professional. He took his time to explain everything clearly. He was very compassionate and you can tell he really cares for his patience and how they are feeling during the entire procedure. The office was very clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful , I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Cannon .

I have a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist. Kushal has cleaned my teeth the last two times and he is great. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. He’s very gentle and overall just provides a positive experience.

Very unfortunate experience. The doctor was very friendly, but in the end it came down to them caring about their pocket size as opposed to what was right for my daughter. She was told she needed 2 cavities filled, 1 was a crown the other a basic filling. I advised them I wanted them to be completed both at the same time, and no one told me otherwise. My daughter has her procedure, gets the crown done and before I could even ask they take her off the gas and everyone leaves. I quickly respond with what about the other tooth, and she states we will do that another day, but don’t worry it will only take 5 MINUTES! Don’t worry, now I have to take off another time off work, my daughter has to miss some school again, she has to come and be sedated again, she has to endure the bit of trauma she had from the first visit, and I have to now pay DOUBLE what I would’ve originally paid if they just had taken the 5 minutes to complete the other tooth right when they had her there. Meanwhile my daughter who is completely calm get her first tooth done, did so amazing and yet they still choose to not complete it. Asking the doctor after she states it’s what’s best for the child, no this wasn’t. She was doing amazing, we couldn’t eliminated all the headaches of a second visit, the cost associated to it all, the scared child going back to the dentist now, all for them to fill their pockets a bit more. I will never step foot in a Greenberg dental again.
