Trader Joe's

I received a five-star experience upon my last visit with trader Joe's. Chloe and Hayden allows my toddler to have an experienced checking out some items she was able to get sticker She got a lollipop once I told them she was student of the month They gave her an additional few and trust me when I say I will be telling everyone about this experience. Community and family especially in the climate of this country it is just so refreshing to see everybody so hands-on. I believe management was there as well They were in the parking lot making sure everyone got servicing collecting cards etc I can honestly say I've gone to that trader Joe's many times. But this time is the time that made me a loyal lifetime customer. Thank you trader Joe's nothing but the best to you and your franchise

I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at Trader Joe’s Riverside. The staff goes out of their way to serve everyone and they do it with a smile. You cannot find that kind of service anywhere today. They also ensure that their items are fully stocked and they have the most beautiful selection of plants and flowers for every season! Thank you TJ’s for all that you do! Lastly, I wanted to thank TJ’s and Sean at check out for showing a random act of kindness in giving me the most beautiful flower bouquet the day before Thanksgiving. I am beyond grateful.

3 stars for this store being too small and too crowded. And the parking lot is a mess, too. 5 stars because the staff here work incredibly hard to keep the overly small, overly crowded store fully stocked, and to keep the lines moving briskly. So 4 stars overall. And I'll keep going back, as often as I need to. I just wish it was a bigger store.

Trader Joe's is almost always crowded and busy. However, we navigated fairly easily and quickly to find what we were looking for. The parking lot is much to be desired but that is the fault of the Plaza and not the store. Stalls are narrow and many shoppers are too impatient when others are trying to back out of stalls. We saw several near accidents including us from other people backing out of the stalls. I don't like going to Trader Joe's just because of the parking situation.

Can management manage their workers? Every single time I come to this location there are workers walking right through customers and pushing them out of the way to stock the shelves. They act like you’re inconveniencing them by shopping there and don’t have a problem giving attitude and assaulting you if you don’t get the hint. Giving 3 stars so this review doesn’t get buried by Google—but seriously deserves 1 star for the poor treatment of customers.

I looove TJ’s. I just wish there was one closer to my house. So many things to buy that’s organic and affordable. And the flowers are so nice, fresh and cheap. I had to attend an awards ceremony for my organization and instead of buying several bouquets for my staff and from other departments which would’ve cost so much, I bought a few bunches of roses and other flowers and put them together. I managed to make 8 bouquets from 5 bunches and it only cost me $50 bucks.
