Customer Reviews
Sprouts Farmers Market has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 843 reviews on Google
Shopping at Sprouts is always a great experience! They offer a wide selection of foods free from harmful additives and preservatives, along with a variety of vegan options and delicious pastries. The stores are clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I especially love their vitamin and skincare section, it's well-stocked and supported by knowledgeable staff. Always a positive experience!
It's definitely one of the cleanest stores, around. The ambiance is warm. It's kinda got a hometown country feel to it, believe it or not! It's not your aveage supermarket. I don't know how to say it correctly, but it's got the "uppity" end items! Usable things, specialty items! I've been going to the deli at lunch for years now, great sandwiches! I guess they're reasonably priced... I haven't bought a sandwich anywhere else since I've been going there. Probably, 5 or 6 years now! They have bulk items as well. It's worth your time to check the store out! Something's are pricey, something's are specialty. All things, Ive bought there have been good. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly! As a matter of fact the only sour taste that's been left in my mouth is from rude customers I've seen in action there. Ide say some of them deserved to get beat down but the staff is professional and handled those situations like pros! The company, every so often, apparently finances an employee appreciation day or week. That's really considerate. These days however, if appreciation wants to be shown, medical coverage would really boost the morale and performance of the staff. Especially in California. However,I'm pretty sure chain wide would be cheaper all the way around for the company. It's a great store! I like it and I'm far from "uppity"! Lol!
Very good setup and layout for the smaller space it occupies. While I prefer the larger store in Eastvale, this location has done well with their selections and offerings.
Shop for my flutes and vegetables, grass fed beef. The quality of everything I buy is great All products look and taste good. Fruits and vegetables are tasty and or crispy This store is vegan approved
A good counterpart to Trader Joe's: more expensive but has a far larger selection of items. The staff can be very helpful -- however, this last visit, a few times they forgot the "10/5 Rule" of hospitality: at 10 feet make eye contact and smile; at 5 feet say 'hello', if the customer engages continued eye contact: ask him/her if you can assist them. Sprouts is more expensive than some other stores so 'exceptional service' should be of a very high priority. Their produce is outstanding as well as their bulk items, nuts, candies and dried fruits. Coffee and tea, as well as nutritional supplements are copious in variety. The store is great BUT a customer shouldn't stand looking at two employees talking to each other, then have to be directed by ANOTHER customer to help the customer who was patiently waiting for service.
Bummer that they don't carry Straus butter anymore. Don't know what happened to Bragg's apple cider but man it's not effective anymore (it seems to have an aftertaste of rancid apples (at least to me)). I'll take Sprouts apple cider vinegar over Bragg's anytime. Btw, making Mexican pineapple cider (tepache) is super easy. Used to make it, then got busy with life. Whenever I'll get a chance I'll make few batches. Until then I'm good with Sprout's store brand apple cider. 😊♥️🌷
Great grass fed beef. Just make sure you get the sale price if you get the manger mark down meat. A few times they have charged me the original price, and not the marked down price.
