Dr. Martin Goebbel

Okay so this review comes as a bit of a warning to anyone considering using this dentist as I have a lot of experience using them and so to does my family. About two years ago I went in for a tooth cleaning and I was told that I needed crowns. Come to find out later that I certainly did not. So I got three crowns and thank God it was only three. Now after only two years, all three crowns have failed and they refused to honor any warranty. The worst part about it is he takes short cuts and has outdated equipment. I got two done in one day. The first one they used an electronic brush to clean it before they put the crown on, and on the second because the novocaine wore off, the lady ended up not using an electronic brush to clean the second tooth before adding the crown because he didn’t want to give me another shot because he is cheap and again takes short cuts. They said it wasn’t a big deal, and was nothing to worry about, but it turned out to be a huge deal. The one they didn’t use the electronic brush on is failed first, and now much further along in the process of failing, and now the other two have started failing as well and I can’t use either side of my mouth. The pain is excruciating and now I will have to pay for three root canals or lose all three teeth. After two years. He also gave my mother a crown and it had several issues right after it was done and he accused her of lying when in fact he left a piece of rubber in her tooth. She has since had to have a root canal from another dentist. She had to go in three times before they found it. Whats more is it looks like most of a lot of his reviews are fake, and he has been in business for a very long time. Idk, maybe not. And a lot of them only have one review under their accounts. Like if you look at some other places, they have close to a thousand positive reviews, and they have only been there for less than a quarter of the amount of time this guy has been in business. Now I have to speak to an attorney and am going to try to sue for damages and for the pain and suffering he has caused including the cost for all the dentistry work to fix my mouth I will need. This place is sort of like your strip mall cosmetic surgery. All three crowns failing in 2 years, it is absolutely absurd and should never happen. I didn’t even need crowns! I have always taken great care of my teeth and have only had three cavities in my life. He has been in business for a very long time and only has 150 reviews. 280 on his personal website, so many people could have left a positive review and taken it down. If I were you, as one of his patients, or are considering using him, I would personally think twice. There are many better dentists, and he didn’t honor his warranty and his work failed very quickly. My teeth were literally perfect. I would think twice about using this dentist.
