Five stars really doesn’t reflect the experience I had. Let me explain. I have always hated the dentist. Nothing personal, but every dentist I ever had was just to rough, in this sensitive area, and they always had me gripping the chair with a death grip waiting on the pain they were inevitably going to cause me. This was the first time in 30 years and 30 dentists I was able to relax. Dr Dean and his staff created a very calm and relaxing atmosphere where every thing was explained to me and was executed with the utmost concern for my comfortably, and he even had to drill out a huge cavity that broke my tooth. He was even careful with numbing my tooth properly so I didn’t do a backbend when the needle went into my gum. I have never written a review for a dentist before because my mother always said," if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all" I can honestly say that Dr Dean is the absolute best dentist I have ever been too, and he is the only dentist I’m going to be going to from now on. Now, I can finally fix all those other things in my mouth I have been avoiding for years. Thank you Dr Dean. I’m a patient for life.

The new dentist Dr.Dean and Dr.Audra Jones are amazing, and the woman who handles the billing and works up front is great. The rest of the staff I have met is a bit lacking in competence and efficiency, seem to have several less experienced assistants and hygienists. They also always seem to be behind schedule. I would not get my teeth cleaned here (horrible experience) but getting a procedure done here by one of the dentist is a better experience. They take the time to make sure you are doing ok throughout the process.

Dr. Audra is the best! She is knowledgable, patient, and has a great bedside manner. She makes coming to the dentist a little less stressful for me.

A star team! The ladies at the front desk were EXTREMELY patient and helpful, and Jonalyn was probably the nicest and most thoughtful dental assistant I've ever had. And of course Dr Audra Jones is the perfect balance of professional and personable.

Reliable. Professional. Personable. Whatever procedure you may require, be assured that you will be in great hands. Audra Jones is the best dentist I’ve ever known. It’s not even close. I always feel safe and comfortable, no matter the procedure. Her team of dental hygienists are just as friendly, competent, and thorough. Don’t forget to say hello to Tonya and her team at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and organized, making scheduling and check-in a welcoming experience. This is the best dentist/medical experience I've ever had. The entire team is warm and welcoming and extremely personable, from the staff at the front desk to the hygienists and of course both Dr. Jones'. You will be in GREAT hands with this team.
