If I could give 0 stars, I would. In 2022, why is it that a clinic in a very diverse city, let alone STATE not have interpreting services for their patients?!! At least Spanish! You turned a patient away because they didn't speak English? Didn't even offer or care to get him help? GARBAGEEEE. It is mandatory in this time of age that these resources be available for QUALITY patient care. And Nancy? Their front desk lady, needs better training on QUALITY care, compassion, and empathy! You don't belong in healthcare if you lack the bare minimum qualifications. Choose a different career path, clearly the simplest of tasks is too much for you to handle.

My uncle came here and was turned away because he spoke Spanish. Interpreting services weren’t offered, they simply turned him away and told him to come back with someone who spoke English. He walked MILES for his visit. Was the language barrier not clarified it’d be an issue when the appointment was made? In 2022, a healthcare facility doesn’t have interprering available? Odd. Needs to be fixed!

I got Dentures about a year-and-a-half ago at a different dental office they never fit correctly and when I went back they told me they would have to be refined. I came to realized they were not a place to go for dentures. I went to Renton dentures. They are great at what they do and my new Dentures fit so much better. They spent so much more time making sure that the dentist would fit when they were done

Amazing!! Dr Scott made me feel there was hope came in crying and embarrassed walked out feeling i had hope and could stop wearing my mask that i have had to wear the last 2 months because of very horrible experience with my previous dentist the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you matter..

Most friendliest caring people I have ever met. I would highly highly recommend
