Recently visited the clinic and had an outstanding experience with Dr. Christopher and the nurse assistant. I truly appreciate their excellent service—both were incredibly patient and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The nurse assistant was also very attentive, gentle, and considerate. Their professionalism and caring attitude really made a difference. Thank you both for your exceptional care and dedication!

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this dental office. My private insurance information was discussed loudly on speakerphone in the lobby, which is a clear HIPAA violation with other patients listening. Michael, the staff member assisting me, was condescending and repeatedly called me "honey," which felt disrespectful. I originally went in for a chipped tooth that was the result of their improper filing. This should have been covered under their warranty, but Michael refused to let me see the doctor until I paid an unexpected bill from over a year ago — one I had never been notified about. To make matters worse, they had previously confirmed with my insurance that the procedure would be covered. In the end, Michael pressured me into paying nearly $2,000 through a special link that wasn’t even associated with the dental office. This felt like a scam, and I left feeling taken advantage of and extremely frustrated. Do not trust this dental office. Patients deserve honesty, professionalism, and respect — none of which I received here. Please be aware that they will share your social security number with third parties without your knowledge or permission.

So appreciative of the team at Go Dentistry at The Landing! Their quality of care is excellent and they're all very kind. Every cleaning and procedure with both Dr. Wu and Dr. Hu has been fast, easy and top notch. Thank you for all that you do!

Edit: After the response, I am glad I gave bad review because at no point I was advised to review my plan prior to my visit. It only happened after I contacted them about the bill. I am totally disappointed by this place. ----- I am actually sad for posting this review because I thought I mostly had a good experience. And I was in and out in 1h despite it was being my first visit. But.. When I arrived at the appointment time, I didn't need to wait much. They took me in quickly. First thing I asked to the hygienist (Art), if there was anything they would do for my regular visit that would be out of pocket. The answer was no. At some point when they gave me an option for the flavour on teeth treatment, I asked if that was a neutral cost. Answer was again no. However, quickly after I got a bill that I have to pay. I reached out to them by text and they said it wouldn't be yet known, they haven't even submitted the codes yet. Now, after 2 months my insurance says I got a bill to pay. So, they did submit it, they charged me despite saying not yet submitted so I now lack the trust to this business to go back. I will not be sure how I can trust anything they will tell me which is important to me. If that is not important to you, this review probably irrelevant.

I recently visited Go Dentistry, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The clinic is exceptionally clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for patients. The staff, from the front desk to the dental professionals, were all highly skilled and genuinely attentive. The Lead DA is also well-rounded that he would assist the office and patients as needed. Very approachable workers and doctors! They prioritize patient comfort and go above and beyond to ensure that all questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, making the entire process as seamless as possible. Although I don't live nearby, if I did, this would undoubtedly be my go-to dental clinic. The level of care and professionalism I experienced here truly sets them apart. If you're looking for a dental practice that offers both excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Go Dentistry. The office looks way better than the photo above too. Have had horrific experiences with dentists in the past that would make you cringe, including drilling without anesthetic. Had a very pleasant experience (even with the dread and PTSD) and think I’ve finally found a dentistry I can trust and feel safe in. If you’re like me and avoid the dentist to the point it’s costing you your oral health, it is in your best interest to check this team out. Thank you Dr. Hu!
