Quite rude on the phone and in person. Felt like I was wasting their time by actually trying to find an appointment time that worked for me, rather than the first one they offered. Forget getting help understanding insurance. Not going back.
They usually recommend "Deep cleaning " which it takes 16 minutes total for them to complete that process. Dental clinics usually take around 45 minutes to complete a good detailed regular cleaning.
Had to come in twice for adjusting braces, both times made to wait for 45 minutes only to be told to come back later as they didn't have time. Need to now find an open slot in the morning. Planning to remove braces and change dentists. Don't go here!
Absolutely wonderful dentist office. I haven’t been in quite a few years and have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work. They were kind and gentle and worked with me so well. They also filled in a chipped tooth without me asking and fixed a lot of self confidence issues in one sitting. 5 star definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!
I called to make an appointment and they had spots open 2 weeks out and are one of the few clinics that accept kids up to 18yrs on state health. Awesome! Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. After 10 min of paperwork our wait was less than 15 minutes. They saw both my kiddos for cleanings. My 11 yr old handled it fine. My oldest (13) has sensory sensitivities and anxiety, and was very nervous and apprehensive. The hygienist was polite and patient. She used the scrub brush to clean instead of the drill which helped a lot. The dentist then came to check their teeth. My kid started to shake nervously. He didn't introduce himself, say hello, or show any kindness. He sat down and firmly told my kid to hold still a few times while trying to hold their face still on the last request. I told him it's been a while since our last trip to a dentist and they are pretty anxious. He ignored me. I gave my child praise and encouragement until he was done. I don't want to come back, but given our situation, and with this being one of the few dentists that accepts kids up to 18 we may have to.😕
I have been a patient of this dentist for the past two years. I can say that while the receptionist is friendly, she is absent minded when it comes to scheduling appointments. There were several occasions when I made an appointment, only to not be in the system. Over a year ago I made an appointment for a filling for a sensitive tooth. I was not quoted a price and was expected to pay $180 after the service as this was not considered a filling that was covered by insurance. I called my insurance provider in which they said that any and all fillings were covered with a $60 co-pay. I received routine cleanings from this dentist which were fine as I take great care of my teeth brushing and flossing each day. The dentist made a comment about how I would need braces and quoted me $2600 for invisalign treatments. I called my insurance as I chose an orthodontist instead and again, insurance covered a majority of invisalign treatments with a $1500 co-pay. In April 2024, I called to have two fillings done on chipped teeth which I confirmed would be covered with insurance with a co-pay, they were and I paid $120 for both. I made this appointment over a month in advance and had to wait over 1.5 hours for the fillings. When the dentist was done, I noticed I still had a sharp edge but was so fatigued I left and came back the next day to have it corrected. The dentist said my teeth fillings were anatomically correct however, I have a retainer that says otherwise. Fast forward to today, 5/20 and BOTH fillings have fallen out and my front tooth rechipped DUE to the sharp edge that was still there. The dentists hygenist saw the edge and kept trying to direct the dentist on how to fix it but again, the dentist saw no issue. I called to reschedule an appointment to have both fillings fixed and the receptionist said I'd have to speak with the manager about whether or not I'd have to pay AGAIN for poorly done dental work. She said the manager would call me back and instead I asked what time the manager would be in, as the receptionist never writes down names or numbers. I do NOT recommend this dentist unless your insurance cannot cover another provider. The bedside manner is very kind but you get what you pay for.
We arrived at the clinic 10 minutes earlier than our appointment, filled out the basic information and handed in our insurance information. In the process of waiting, I saw that some people who came later than us had been taken in. But when we asked how long we needed to wait, the front desk told me that I had two or three minutes, but the wait was more than ten minutes. We waited for almost an hour before we were taken to see a male doctor, who did not welcome us and did not greet us but just wrote on the side for a few minutes and then got up and said wait two or three minutes (they give you a reply two or three minutes that is probably an incalculable amount of time). We were put in the corner workshop alone for another ten minutes and did not see the doctor come to work. They've just been stalling and they've been very unfriendly, and it's been weird. It's hard to imagine waiting more than an hour for an already scheduled appointment, and being unsure how much longer you'll have to wait, they just put you aside in a perfunctory manner. We walked up to the front desk and asked to cancel today's appointment because of their rudeness and dismissive attitude. We asked for the information we had just filled out, and the employee at the front desk took our form and gave it to the other woman at the front desk. We asked for all the information back and they gave me two forms. When I asked for another form with my signature on it, the woman would not hand it over. After repeated requests, she very rudely took the one with my signature and ripped my signature off the form. This is the worst service I've ever seen.
