Took over 4 hours to get a routine 15 minute cleaning. I scheduled first appointment of day at 9:00 when they open since my previous appointments had 3 hour waits. There were 6 people in waiting room at 9:00. Got Xray at 10:30, sat in patient chair at 11:30, met assistant at 12:15 who said it would be 30 to 45 minutes more before cleaning could start because they only have 1 xray person, which makes no sense since my xray was done 2 hours ago and xray person doesn’t clean my teeth. I explained that I now have to take the entire day off work just to get a 15 minute cleaning and got a open mouth blank stare back. How does it help your business to have me sitting in the waiting room all day? If you can’t see me until 1:00 why not schedule me for 12:30 so I can work a half day. Not one person in this office cares.

Every time I come here, I'm constantly kept waiting. I've never been taken in at my scheduled appointment time. For an appointment I had at 9 AM, I was kept waiting until 10 AM. When I asked why I was being kept waiting, the staff inside sarcastically said, "If you want, we can reschedule your appointment." If you can't take me in at 9 AM, then don't give me an appointment for 9 AM. And this hasn't happened just once or twice; I've experienced this every single time I've come here for an appointment. Nobody has to waste their time because of you. Give appointments for the time you can actually see the patient.

NEVER AGAIN! I should have trusted the bad reviews. I showed up to my appointment early, and right away I noticed how DIRTY the waiting room and bathroom were, which is already not a great sign for a dental office, right? The staff in that place is shouting across the hallway to one another, as if they are working at a fair! Then, I was waiting to get called, and after an hour waiting, I checked with the front desk assistant to know when I would be called, and she answered: "you are next". And in the end? THEY NEVER CALLED ME, and when I went to the front desk again, after waiting for almost 2 HOURS, they told me they couldn't take care of me, and they asked me to come back later or to make a new appointment! When they booked a new appointment, they booked me in between other patients' appointments, which gives you an idea of how they work, and why they cannot respect their schedule! Thankfully, I ended up finding a great dental office in the meantime, so I canceled the appointment with Western Dental, but even then, they still managed to mess up! I told the person on the phone to please make sure that I receive a cancellation confirmation, to cover myself because at that point, I expected them to still try and charge me although I canceled more than enough in advance. I never received that cancellation email, and then I received a reminder email for that appointment! I had to call AGAIN to ask for them to cancel. IN SHORT? DON'T EVEN TRY YOUR LUCK WITH THAT PLACE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Terrible experience at Western Dental without even getting past the lobby. First, there was not a single receptionist at the desk for over 20 minutes as long long line formed to check in at the front desk. No apologies when one finally strolled in. Then after a long wait when we got to the desk to check in I was told that my 87 year old mom would not be checked because she did not have a valid current drivers license. She only has an expired license. She is disabled, in a wheelchair and legally blind. I told them she could not get a new drivers license. They told me they would not check her in and treat her.

Amazing staff.. doctors .. and manager JUAN Has the best customer service for this office he treated my difficult case for my sons 9 teeth to be pulled with care and compassion I drove far to just come to this office because of how I was treated cared for and not to mention the doctors -dentist were so nice to me and my son and really explained so much in detail alongside helping with the authoritarians and difficult referral !! Thank you all for the best treatment ever !!!

My experience w/ Western Dental was awesome. Dr Swathi and Dental Assistant Marisela Luna made me feel comfortable and at ease during my dental work. Those high end dental offices are over rated.

This dentist I will NEVER go back to. The lobby was dirty and filled with people with crying babies. The receptionists were rude and ignored you when you needed help. The dentist was distracted and literally looking the other way when he worked on me. They treated you fast and didn’t tell you what was going on. They charged me $1000 for a fake tooth that wouldn’t stay in my mouth and was uncomfortable and removable so I couldn’t wear it and when I accidentally lost it they wouldn’t make another or refund me. They pulled a tooth that shouldn’t have been pulled and didn’t warn me about bone loss. Beware of this dentist.
