I’ve been coming here since I was little, and the service has always been great. Anna at the front desk is still there and she’s always been amazing — super friendly and helpful every visit. This time, the doctor’s assistant was also really good and genuinely nice. Honestly, definitely better than any other dentist in the area. Highly recommend!

Save your TIME and MONEY lol, place is so unprofessional came in waited around a hour and half just for them to come in and finish in 5 minutes. On top of that the lady working on my teeth didn’t put back my bracket because "the doctor said so" getting no explanation on why. I had also questions her why I had to wear my rubber band different from last time only to hear her say I was doing it wrong, which seemed weird to me so I asked the "doctor" only to find out I was correct, But at the end of the day its my fault for paying 7k at a dentist with only 2 stars.

We had Dr Lim and she was great. It was only a cleaning but she was warm and welcoming... We had the 9am appointment and there was no wait and prompt service. Front desk ladies were welcoming for the most part but I didn't feel they went out of their way. Those were the good things. The business itself seems to be run by a man who's in it for the bottom line. The office feels built in 1990 and has only seen a coat of paint to hide how nasty the environment is. There are 3 different waiting rooms. 1 is in this more outside area. They funnel people from one side to the other. Everything is run down. The carpets are patched with black tape. Yes... Carpet at a dentist office in all of the rooms. I'm sure it's vacuum but there's no way it's sanitary. When I was taking the photos the man essentially saw me and began to hover and tell me that I could write reviews for my visit. He was also peering over my shoulder to blatently look at my screen and see what I was doing. He runs all his employees like this too. Treats each person as income and doesn't establish connections at all. I'm only here because my the state insurance is accepted her for my foster child and I was directed to this establishment. If I could avoid it, I would without second thought. If you're in need for cheap care... Well, it may just cost you more in the long run. It sucks that this is the quality our governments are allowing but it is what it is. Hope this helps you.

Good place. At first time it seems very small but there are lots of small private rooms. Clean and friendly stuff. We attend Dr Siva every 6 months for check ups almost 3 years. My 5 and 8 yo kids don’t afraid visit the dentist. Thanks for good service. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This place just keeps disappointing time after time. The wait time is ridiculous, an hour today! They overbook themselves. If you don’t show they charge you $50. You think they’ll let you know?? Nope! Don’t come in expecting they’ll see you at the time of your appointment. The guy walking as if he owns the place is doing more harm than good to this business. Very rude and unprofessional. If you direct yourself to him, he sends you to talk to the front desk ladies. I hope people take their business elsewhere and skip this place! Fortunately I am almost done with them and for good!

I brought my two teens here hoping to use Medi-Cal for their dental care. From the start, communication was poor—they failed to mention extra X-rays would be required and didn’t treat the cavities during the first visit. The office was cramped and dusty, and the staff gave conflicting info about composite fillings. One dentist even suggested we wait for cavities to get worse before treating them. They prioritize convenience over care and seem more focused on insurance loopholes than patient well-being. I regret not trusting the reviews. Avoid this place—you’re better off paying out of pocket or trying another provider.
