I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pang and had a great experience. The whole process was very efficient from the front desk to the procedure itself. The extraction was quick, smooth, and essentially painless, and was provided very clear instructions for recovery. I also think some of the negative reviews here are unfair. In my experience, the office communicated thoroughly with transparency and they made a strong effort to ensure I understood everything. As long as you do your part to make sure you fully understand what is being explained and respect their time, there really shouldn’t be any issues. Overall, a very smooth experience and I would definitely recommend them!

I was told my first visit would be a consultation before any procedure. When I arrived, the doctor said the procedure was scheduled for that same day, which was never communicated to me. When I explained this, the doctor insisted I had been told and was extremely rude and impatient. The lack of communication and professionalism made the experience very disappointing.
