Pure Gold Professionals in Dentistry

If it was possible to give -5, that would be what they would get from me. They took advantage of me, misguided me, overcharged me, did not encourage me to get dental insurance, and now I'm having to redo work that they've done, and it's costing me thousands with insurance. And they were not kind about it. The guy that did the work on my mouth was named Brian. I'd go somewhere else unless you want to have to redo the work. Turns out, i've had an infection in my jaw for years because of the work they did. They should have sent me to an endedonist and instead did the work in house so they could get the money.

I’m a new patient looking for a primary dentist and was hoping to schedule an appointment. However, I wasn’t sure if my dental insurance was accepted, so I asked the receptionist if they could help look it up for me. Unfortunately, I was told to figure it out myself through my health insurance provider, and they refused to assist me further. This was very surprising and disappointing, as I’ve never experienced a dental office turning me away simply because I didn’t know my insurance details offhand. In my experience, staff are usually willing to help clarify coverage so that patients can receive care. This office came highly recommended, so I was really hoping for a better first impression. Honestly, it felt like the staff only want to deal with certain types of people—and that’s incredibly disheartening.

HORRIBLE!!! I called this company for a teeth cleaning and was told $120.. as I sit in the chair, the lady takes me for X-rays saying I need X-rays because mine were older than 2 years…. Didn’t know the cost of X-rays or anything and assumed it was part of the service… They then clean my teeth and now are trying to charge me close to $500 and now I have a bill collector calling my phone every 15 minutes…. I called back and it turns out my previous X-rays weren’t 2 years old. So they just used that as an excuse to UpCharge… Very disappointed as I’ve been coming here for years and have left and paid only $120 for cleanings…. Now it’s $500

I love the service and care I always received. Everyone is very professional and very kind. I feel very comfortable. It's fast and I don't need to wait when I come for the appointment. They always remind about the appointment. Doctor Brian Kwong is very gentle so I don't feel any pain. All staff is very kind and polite. I would definitely recommend the Pure Gold Professionals in Dentistry to everyone.

I have been going to Pure Gold for years now but just had my first appointment with Michelle. Probably one of the best experiences at the dentist. She not only calmed my nerves about having a deep clean but I have never had my teeth feel SO amazing without even feeling it. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions which was very reassuring, and she had the sweetest personality ( you could feel her smile even through the mask). I can’t wait to set up my next appointment with her!

I have been a patient at Pure Gold Dentistry for 20 years. I love seeing my hygienist every 6 months. JoAnne and Natalie are always professional, kind, super friendly, and give superb teeth cleanings! Dr. Kwong is my dentist and I've always had a great dental experience. The office is beautiful and everyone who works there makes you feel so comfortable. I've never had to wait long for my appointments. They are very punctual and respect your time. Wonderful doctors and staff! I would highly recommend this dental office to all of my family and friends.
