Shasta Family Dentistry

Today I went in for a dental cleaning after many years. Part of the delay was due to insurance, but a big part was fear of the dentist and the pain I’ve experienced in the past. I regret that I don’t remember the young lady’s name who cleaned my teeth, but she was absolutely wonderful. I explained my worries and past experiences to her, and she truly listened. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, put me completely at ease, took her time, and was incredibly gentle. Because of her, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time.

Dental hygienist and Dr. Shawn Wilson has been our dentist for 20+ years and never disappoint me.I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I have consistently received over the years! For more than two decades, I have been fortunate to have Dr. Shawn Wilson as my dentist, along with the incredible dental hygienist on his team. Throughout this entire time, they have never failed to impress me with their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their patients. Each visit is marked by a warm atmosphere and a commitment to ensuring that I feel comfortable and well-informed about my dental health. I truly appreciate the dedication and skill that both Dr. Wilson and his hygienist bring to their work, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care.

I was given an appointment which was wrote down on a card. The card said the appointment was set for 130. After I signed In at the reception desk, I waited and other patients were being seen before me. I asked the receptionist with the issue was and she stated my appointment was not until 2 o’clock. That being said, I had a teeth cleaning scheduled and was satisfied with the outcome. It was a much better job than I had received previously. my time is valuable and I did not have time to sit around for an extra Half an hour I wasn’t taken back until 45 minutes after checking in.

I've always had a great experience at Shasta Faimily Dentistry. Dr. Choe does excellent work and Samantha at the front desk is always very helpful with billing and scheduling. The whole staff is very nice and makes it a great place to be.

The girl at the reception is death with the red hair is always so compassionate and helpful. I really appreciate it. And then the girl that does the cleaning for my oldest daughter is just an angel and I really like the doctor too. That whole team is something special.

I will be coming back here for more dental work in the future. Great friendly staff. Short wait. Toothe extraction was completed quickly.

Their staff are friendly and try to help you feel comfortable. I feel confident in the work that Dr Dhami does. I would highly recommend this team and that is coming from a very picky and particular person! Haha
