Very professional office and nice staff and love the dentist..would definitely recommend to others.

Originally they got me in same day to do a comprehensive exam. Very affordable. Came back for a cleaning months later, was billed improperly which after multiple calls to my insurance and the office led to a credit on my account. Received a filling, was charged what I thought was accordingly. One week later I still could not use that side of my mouth due to a filling being done and "not bonded" so I came back to have it fixed and cancel my other filling. Was asked multiple times to try to be forced into having the second filling done when I clearly expressed wanting to make sure the first was good to go before more work was done. They scolded me for last minute cancel when i had called 48 hrs in advance and had just been seen 5 days prior. Fast forward a month, I still cannot use that side of my mouth as their fix did nothing, I received a bill in the mail from them as they improperly charged me which makes no sense as I pay my entire fee upfront and insurance reimburses me not them. Meanwhile, my new dentist suspects he has to redo the one filling they did do as it was improperly done as previously mentioned. I'm sure good people work here, but it is not the lady answering the phone or the dentist who may be on his way out. I am not thrilled to admit I've had my fair share of dental work done in my life, but this was my far the worst office I've had to deal with.

Every time I go I am so happy to see them. They treat every patient like they are so loved and cared about. I feel the dedication every time. Sometimes going to the dentist is a bit scary for people. They are so kind and caring. They will go above and beyond to help you and make you comfortable. Each and every person I have interacted with has been fabulous.

Today was my first visit with Shasta Dental and I am thrilled this is my new dentist office! The entire staff was helpful, kind and happy. I actually had fun at my appointment and they made me feel appreciated as a patient. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a new Dentist.

I am so grateful that I was able to see shasta dental care. They transformed my life in 1 hour, after years of getting second opinions. If you need a dentist and you are scared to see one like I am, please just give dr crummit a chance. I promise you will not regret it. I do not have insurance and dr crummit saved me from over 25 thousand dollars worth of work I was told I needed and I am so very grateful for the entire office staff for being so kind and gentle and not judgmental at all, they really care about you and your health. I literally cried with joy when i left the office. The best choice i have ever made was making an appointment to be seen.

They truly are great, every person working over there. I had a root canal done + crown and it was really smooth, didn't feel a thing. Very professional and comfortable to be around.
